AT&T Store

Our sales rep who’s name on his tag was Tre but he said his name is James was such a nice young man ! He provided excellent service even with a I-pad that was slow to load information! He was very helpful and was not frustrated with our many questions!

Tre did a fantastic job. He thoroughly explained to us the various options available with our business plan at AT&T. He was knowledgeable and patient, and accomplished multiple tasks for each of us at the same time.

Clarissa was amazing. After 4 days , 4 horrible chat experiences, talking to a customer service rep and 3 trips to AT&T stores she got me completely together within 3 minutes. I was literally about to just pay my phones off and leave AT&T service and switch to Verizon but she did good by me and saved the day. Thank you again so much Clarissa! You rock!

John and Luis were tremendously helpful and remedied a situation that had become odious. After being given incorrect information, I purchased a new iPhone 14 at Sam's Club. When I finally got correct information, I spent over six hours talking with AT&T customer service reps and revisiting Sam's trying to return the phone and cancel the new account, but all were unable to reverse the transaction. John and Luis accomplished it in under ten minutes.

Haley and her manager spent quite a bit of time and three phone calls to help us with a defective phone and warranty claim, working several angles trying to fix the phone and finally to replace it at no cost. Their friendly and determined efforts brought us the best possible resolution while visiting from Florida. Even better they reviewed my account and helped make a small change to make the most of my services. Better than five star, would definitely recommend!

Store personnel heard my concern and immediately solved it. Tried the online service, and was told that I needed a new plan. Will only do in-store

Chris was absolutely wonderful helping me and my 85 year-old client today not only buy her a new phone, but patiently wait well over an hour for the old phone backup to finish so he could set up the new phone for us. The old phone was never backed up, and we were working somewhat “blind” without passwords and being able to access her account because her driver license was expired (she no longer drives). He was knowledgeable, very patient, and we so appreciate his professionalism and service.

After getting ripped off at the Broadway store, we went to this location to get our account back in order. Justin helped us out and set everything right. This is the only AT&T store that we'll be visiting from here on out and I'd recommend asking for Justin if he's available. Outstanding service!!

Justin was extremely nice and helpful. He got us the best deals and was easy to talk to. He made the process smooth to get new phones and answered all of our questions. He was funny too! Great sales rep and shows that he truly cares in saving you money. Highly recommend asking for him when coming into the store!

My iPhone died today, so I was forced to buy a new one, a process I dreaded. However, my experience at the AT&T store came as a pleasant surprise. The young woman who waited on me was extremely helpful. Julie embodies customer service. She was was first and foremost knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me as I explained what I needed in a phone. She never pressured me to purchase what I did not need, something I really appreciated because I hate that from sales associates. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to come back if I found that I had additional ones. I do not know Julie's pay rate, but I am sure she deserves a raise! Thank you, Julie.

We came in late on a Wednesday because we had just upgraded our phones online & were able to pick them up here. Jacob was a huge help in getting us all set up!! Thanks again!!

Many thanks go to Sabrina for helping me on Monday with a new iPhone. She was attentive, knew her stuff, and brought both kindness and good humor to work with her that day. I should also mention that I received excellent service from Spencer the previous day, however, a system error prevented him from completing the purchase. He was most apologetic and assured me that someone would be ready to help me the following day. I appreciate the effort of both of these young members of the workforce who are providing great customer service during a very difficult time in our world.

Spencer was amazing on making sure my needs were met as soon as i came through the door. he explained everything clearly and throughly. he got me the phone i needed for work quick and easy. will definitely be doing business with him again!

Alex was great! He was very patient with all the questions we had about merging our lines together and buying new phones and watches. He was very kind and respectful and made us feel very safe as well. I would recommend anyone to come in and see him at any time!

My rep was amazing, cant remember his name but he’s blonde with diamond earring. He shared all information and was completely transparent about everything.

Spencer was wonderful! Informative, patient , courteous and we really felt like he cared about our experience. We went in to upgrade our phones, got that done and also came out with a whole new TV package that is fabulous and cheaper than what we have been paying for years! Kudos to AT & T for being a bright light in the technology industry which can sometimes be overwhelming!

A customer of Sprint for 21 yrs... I switched to First Net(both my wife and I are nurses) and AT&T for better service at less than 1/2 the price. Success, I've accomplished both objectives. The store staff are excellent, especially Kat and Kelsie. Immediate service at the door, and they spent all the time necessary to answer questions and verify my understanding of my accounts, services, and expenses... Thank you for understanding customer service... The customer is NOT always right... it simply takes Time and Energy to successfully sell your product. Should this approach to customer service continue, I'm quite certain where my next 21 years will be invested... Again, Thank you...

Matt was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He helped me find everything I needed and provided great service! I usually dread going into getting new phones and he made it super easy and stress free! The whole team was very kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend going here! I certainly will be in the future!
