Josh was excellent, helping to locate, then reviewing, the various mobile phone screen savers available. I'll be back to work with him again!

I had scammers on my iPhone, HP laptop, etc, from Nigeria, they’d been scamming me for years! The Geek Squad at Best Buy, took the time to assist me, while I was at the store, they also removed some software that the scammers had put on my system. They were able to removed it all, however, I’m watching my security info and making sure they aren’t attempting to get back in!

Such a good experience today. Needed a windows OS for my job. Sam in the PC section was amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed so I can work Monday, yay! Was also thankful to find Sony wired headphones for my daughter for school for ten bucks! Win win today. Everyone was nice and the store was clean and it was cool getting excellent service from literally everyone I spoke to. Thank you! 🙏

The staff here are always helpful and since we go in here so much they know us automatically. They aren't overbearing but always available when needed. The inventory is also decent at this location. The staff though make this store stand out.

Great place for electronics, including, appliances, cell phones. Televisions, security systems, just about anything electrical you need, friendly staff, plenty of free parking, great prices ,great selection, what more could you ask for, give best buy a try, before you buy, you will be glad you did.

Helpful and friendly staff. Their Geek Squad helped me out big time with a laptop issue while I was in town for business. Decent selection of replacement parts and even had some small toolkits.
Return process is quick and painless as long as you have all the original packaging and product. Wide range of products to browse in-store.

Had excellent customer experience, all due to a very knowledgeable employee- Logan Twist. He was able to answer pretty much every question my tech savvy friend threw his way. He assisted with all questions, and product purchase on 2 different visits- all with a smile and friendly demeanor. If you have questions- ask for Logan Twist.

They fixed my son's $800 laptop in a week and it wasn't that expensive to fix it!

Great customer service. We looked at 3 different models of LG oled tvs. The customer service representative took the time needed to explain the pro's and con's of each one and which one might be better for our needs. After we made our selection he came back to us and explained that he had found us an additional $100.00 discount which he promptly applied to our order. We found that John, our customer service rep knew the ins and outs of the products (tv's) that he sells. Highly recommend.

I had an issue on an order for a piece of equipment that I utilize for work. Elliott, the GM was able to resolve my issue and get the order straightened out while providing a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this Best Buy location.

These people were super helpful and gave me the best service I have ever had at a Best Buy. I am from Texas and I don't know if it was their best day on the floor or if it was their worst but I was shocked. Employees greeted me kindly and asked if I needed assistance the very second I walked in. I did request help and they provided. No one was wasting time away on their phones or missing. What would have taken me 20 minutes to find or 10 minutes to wait for an employee to begin talking to me in Texas was a 30 second race. Not the unprofessional kind but the kind where the pro working had every bit of knowledge at the top of his mind instead at the tip of his fingertips. This Best Buy lives up to its name.

Caleb in the geek squad department helped me and he was awesome. Dropped what he was doing to help me, was so professional, and came up with a very clever way of fixing my laptop. I was expecting I’d have to buy a new laptop but thanks to his help I am able to keep using my current computer.
