I went to GameStop this morning to buy a Nintendo switch game that my son had asked for. I had looked it up online very quickly and it had a little Japanese boy on the front. I asked the guy if it was age-appropriate for 11 and the salesman said absolutely not. “It’s for mature audiences and from from what he’d seen there’s blood and killing m. I don’t know what kind of mother you are but I wouldn’t buy it.” I said, “ok thank you for your honesty. We will not be getting that game for him.” They didn’t make a sale today, but I’ll be back for sure!

This store has GREAT MERCH! The staff are super helpful about finding the game or device/accessory you want even if it isnt at their store. Good selection of games too 😆

I cannot stress you enough; the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. I’m so sad I didn’t get their names but my boyfriend and I were selling an IPhone and they were so sweet and kind to us and I throughly enjoyed talking to them about the nintendo switch and games! it felt like i was talking to friends, I will definitely will be going back to get my switch lite when the time comes!

We stopped in with my youngest for him to pick a game for his birthday. Adam was kind, caring, respectful and offered endless patience despite the business of the store. Thank you for making this 9 year old’s birthday amazing.

Without a doubt the best Game stop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Super clean store, easy to find, great selection of games and collectibles, and fantastic staff. Of all the Gamestops in this town, this is the only one that I will be choosing from now on solely based on staff performance. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the associates at this location. I came to sell a controller (which was a super quick an easy process by the way), and ended up buying quite a few tokens for one of their gatcha machines. I didnt get a single repeat out of ten tries, which was amazing mind you, and the staff who assisted me was phenomenal. Very friendly, quick, and highly knowledgeable. I absolutely reccommend this particular location above others.

Those guys are excellent and extremely patient. They take the time to really inform you to make great decisions with no pressure. Jeremy and McKenna were very helpful and so was the boss with the glasses and the girl. Even on a busy release night for cod4

Nick worked well with me. The Halo 5 controller that went with my Halo 5 edition Xbox one that I was buying was sticking and didn't work to well so he let me pick a solid color Xbox one controller to replace it. He was super nice and even helped me get some promotions for my trade ins! Highly recommend this GameStop! They're always super friendly and nice.

Employees really know their s**t!! Their prices are great, their inventory is usually really good, and the employees are always really knowledgeable and helpful with everything you need!!

The people were very helpful and sociable. Worked well to help me and got me out of there fast. Colton was a great guy and super nice, felt like they really enjoyed helping me there.

Got my Nintendo switch with joy-con controller, mario party game, Spyro the dragon trilogy game. customer service was good.

Went by to see what kind of used PS3 game they had. Store associate helped me find games I'd like based on previous games I said I enjoyed. It had been years since I played anything and he was spot on anyway. Friendly knowledgeable staff and decent selection with fair prices and return policy.

I bought the new Zelda Treats of the Kingdom!!! Haven't stopped playing yet 🥰

I came in to have some preorders switched to this location, the two employees were very friendly and worked quickly to take care of my requests as well as the other customers.

Best GameStop in Lexington. Staff knows their stuff when it comes to gaming. Great prices on preowned consoles and games. Pro reward points add up so you can get free merchandise or gift cards. I often spend alot of money in here and this is the place to preorder games because they always throw in extras on release day of games. Also have great Black Friday deals.
