Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating and Air

I really appreciate the quality of workmanship. I had my old original branch pipe from the kitchen to the sewer (from 1922!) replaced.They were very careful and meticulous about the work and ensured that everything got put back as closely as possible to the way it was. The concrete floor was broken up in a minimal fashion, and the replacement concrete was done very smoothly. The sidewalk was undisturbed, because they were able to reroute the pipe to go directly under only a small section. The dirt that was removed by the backhoe was put back as evenly as possible. Only one small fence section had to be removed at the rear of the yard to get the backhoe through and was put back. The backhoe was small enough to go through that small section! The work was done very efficiently, and I am glad I chose Dauenhauer.

Chris Moss came today and fixed a leak we had in upstairs tub. He was knowledgeable and efficient. It’s a relief to have the leak stopped with minimal damage to home. It had begun to drip through to the downstairs bedroom. He was tidy and cleaned up his work space as well.

Our Dauenhauer technicians were prompt and courteous. They were highly tolerant of our questions and explained everything in detail. They did great repairs while here, cleaned up the area, and listed precisely what we needed for the rest of the repair, where to find the products and what to expect from them. We are highly impressed with Dauenhauer. We have been here six years and have called other plumbers. This is our second time calling Dauenhauer and they have been totally awesome each time. Prompt and courteous. We appreciated receiving a text with the Technician's name, picture and phone number. Then, we received a call from the tech when he was on his way. This company is VERY PROFESSIONALLY RUN and prices are affordable considering the work we needed accomplished!

My husband and I value the quality of work and trust we have in Dauenhauer associates. We are glad that they have added heating and air to their plumbing services. Bill came yesterday to service our furnace. He was amazing. You could tell he was experienced in his job, and he was very thorough in his work and explaining to us what we needed to know about our furnace. Austin also came at a different time to give us a quote for some plumbing issues in our bathroom. He also was knowledgeable in answering our questions. He was also very courteous and patient even when our dogs started barking🙂

We have had such a great experience with this company. They have been at our house 3 times in the past year to help us with issues with our HVAC system. We ended up joining the VIP program, which ended up saving us hundreds of dollars and included routine maintenance checks. We have worked with both Isaac and Josh. They both were timely, friendly, and communicative. I appreciated how both of them took the time to explain and educate me on the options related to our HVAC repairs. Overall, great company and customer service!

JD was efficient, super courteous and quite a nice person. Left the area he worked in cleaner than when he started. Explained everything he did as he wrapped up and what to do to help avoid issues in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Jeremy is a very nice, friendly & knowledgeable technician and a great addition to your company. He was right on time and confirmed the problem with my dishwasher then advised me how to take care of it. He cleaned up & left my kitchen nice and dry plus made sure the water was on, running with no problems and best of all no leaks!

Chris called annd arrived early. He quickly and thoroughly investigated our issue. After a full discussion of alternatives, he proceeded to obtain the fixture we needed. I even contacted him while he was obtaining the necessary items to request a change from our earlier plans. He quickly found what we were seeking. Upon his return to our home, he installed everything rapidly and thoroughly. I’ll definitely use him for any future issues we encounter.

Dauenhauer went above and beyond while working on our house. They not only fixed the issue but even went so far as to fix a few other things while they were there. They were knowledgeable about other projects we were considering and were quick to offer support or questions. Will call them again

Dauenhauer was quick to respond when we needed service with very short notice. The technician, Kyle, was very professional and personable and was able to fix the issue quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely call them again.

Chris and James were efficient and courteous replacing our tub spout and old galvanized pipe. They got the job done in the estimated time and everything has been working great!

Excellent service!! My sump pump was old and not working properly. I called Dauenhauer plumbing around 11:30 am. The technicians met me at my home within an hour. They had to make a quick run to pick up some parts and they were back with the new sump pump and installed it in less than an hour. Super fast and very professional!

We were very pleased with Alan's service. He is very bright and engaging. He answered all out questions and explained our options. We opted to put in a new toilet and he helped facilitate our selection. He worked very efficiently and neatly.

Anthony was calm and collected. He worked efficiently and was extraordinarily knowledgeable. Anthony was personable throughout the visit, answered all questions I had, and finished within a single hour examining, diagnosing, and fixing all my plumbing issues.

Update:
Used them a second time and had just as wonderful experiences with Jacob. He quickly assessed and repaired my toilet with ease. They have the fastest and best plumbing crew you could ask for.

Update Oct 2023:
I don't think I've ever had a poor experience with Dauenhauer. Mark and his son were were consummate professionals. They both conducted themselves with purpose and kindness. The installation was very quick and I was able to review all the work before signing off.

I attached a picture and will note Mark made sure to read the manufacturer instruction carefully and adjusted the faucet to make sure it was perfectly aligned.

I will continue to make Daunhauer my go to plumbing experts!

Prompt service. The young man (Chris King) who repaired our leak was very courteous and explained what needed to be done to repair our problem. He repaired it in a short amount of time, and then he made sure that there were no more problems and that we were satisfied before leaving.

We had problems with our toilets right before Christmas holiday weekend. Many other plumbers were closed for the holidays. Dauenhauer Plumbing took our call and scheduled our home for service within 24 hours. JD and Loren arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a main line sewer blockage. Dauenhauer services are not cheap but I appreciate and respect smart, fast service. For my situation, this was a good value. I would recommend Dauenhauer to others. JD and Loren were very professional and intelligent technicians.

Dean Cross from Dauenhauer plumbing came to our house and did plumbing service for us in our bathroom. Richard my husband was very pleased with his service. He was on time and did and excellent job. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend
them for service.

Very thankful that they were able to come out to us in 45 min after calling the guy who helped us was Josh he is very respectful and knowledgeable at what he does! We could flush wash clothes, dishes or shower without our laundry room flooding and he fixed our problem and told us how to prevent it in the future. I love how they let you know any extra fees before proforming whatever task needs to be done. THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU DID A GREAT JOB AT SUCH AND INCONVENIENT TIME

The tech was on time and went to work immediately. He had the problem fixed/resolved in no time. Very satisfied with his work. He answered all the questions my wife and I had and he even had some good suggestions about what we could do to help keep this from happening again.
If need be, we will contact Dauenhauer again.

Chris is our favorite plumber and Dauenhauer is our GoTo for all if our plumbing needs. Chris is as professional as they get and had us look at what he was doing so he could educate us for keeping the drain flowing and how to keep the overflow areas cleaned out. We really appreciated how he took the extra time to explain everything and was thorough in cleaning up. Excellent service and as nice a guy as you'd ever want to know and have in your home!
