The UPS Store

Went in this afternoon and was serviced by Alysse, she was fabulous. Open, receptive and timely. I would absolutely be back to work with her ANYDAY! An absolute class act!

I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt leaving one for UPS store #6190 was necessary. I needed to return a 8x10 rug to Amazon which was not properly wrapped. A UPS store worker named Troy, informed me of the best and most cost efficient way to make this happen. He also helped me wrapped the rug and finished the job by taping it together. Because he took a few minutes of his time to assist me, I was able to save money, time, and a possible headache due to Amazon possibly not accepting my return. Troy, we need more people like you! Thank you for making my day!

I was impressed with the quality of customer service Caelan provided. After quickly checking in my item to be shipped and scanning my Amazon returns he very patiently and politely explained the different QR codes to me so that I could come prepared next time and ensure that I save money in the future. He was delightful to work with and I plan on coming back!

We had the most amazing experience getting some documents notarized here. Tony, the man who helped us, was very friendly, patient, and helpful during the process. We were especially thankful because we had had a rather negative experience with condescending and impatient employees at a Waco UPS location. This New Braunfels location understands the value of customer service and just general human kindness.

I initially felt bad because I had so many Amazon returns when the store was so busy, but Caelan kept his cool and helped me with a friendly smile. He was so polite and easy going. Great customer service!

Excellent UPS Store. It’s always busy here, but the staff go out of their way to make sure each customer receives excellent service. Tatum is consistently helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I love this store! As a busy business professional, I don’t have time for poor service knowledge, lacking customer service or inept staff. Tatum has helped me on many occasions with large cumbersome projects with specific needs. She has always performed above expectations and provided superior customer service. Just today she managed my multitask project while overseeing the store, three employees and 21 customers in a one hour period.

You should make her a manager so she can pass these traits down to others! Just clone her!

I was making an Amazon item return, and encountered an issue with the label because I was attempting to use a storage locker. The store attendant and GM helped me cancel the return-order, print the correct label, and had my package shipped in less than five minutes. Nice folks

I live nearby and often use this UPS to send things through the mail. There is a new male employee who recently assisted me named Caelan. His professionalism and desire to help speaks highly of this hire. Keep up the great work young man!

I have been coming to this UPS store for years and have always had a great experience. Today I had many things I needed to do and there were two amazing team members Kathryne and Haley that stepped right in to help with every step. Both worked on it to get me out quickly. I highly recommend this store for a 5 star customer experience.

I had to visit a few weeks back to send a large package across the US. I was worried about ensuring my package arrived on time as well as having the ability to track it along the way. The staff was exceedingly helpful specially a worker named Jade! She was a delight to talk to, and worked very efficiently in making positive all my needs and requests were met. Great experience overall, would recommend this store above others due to the above and beyond customer service!

Closest location to me in Wimberley- I make a visit at least once a month and Johnny is always working , speedy, professional and keeps the line moving. Wish there was a San Marcos location but at least this location is amazing , and an easy on and off I-35. Keep up the great work - Amazon probably loves y’all helping them.

I wanted to give them a good review since they are always helpful. I have been going here for a couple of years and the store has gotten a lot better since they gotten new employees. But I noticed their last review and it was incredibly inaccurate. I know with covid they can only have so many people in the store. Even knowing this I almost never see a line there and always people going in and out. Haley, Kathryn and Jade are always polite when I go in to mail things and get to me always in a timely fashion. I have been there enough that they even greet me with my name when I come in. They also like to ask me how my day has been and ask about my family while they work with me. So I don't know what those posts about them being slow and inefficient is coming from. Maybe they got the wrong store.

I’ve been using this location to ship items for my ebay business, and Caelan greets me with a smile every time I enter the store! The staff are always helpful and informative whenever I have questions about shipping. The customer service really shines!

We've found the team at this store, especially Tatum, to be exceptionally professional. Attention to details with a sense of urgency make the difference in customer service. 5 Stars!

This is a great UPS store! We worked with Johnny, he was very kind and informative. We are super satisfied with the help and assistance we received! Highly recommended, and will be using them again in the future.

I was having some trouble in the store, but Caelan was able to resolve my issues. I was trying to return a package to Amazon but I was late for my baptism. Caelan took the situation into his own hands and baptized me, my daughter, and 28 other customers. Thanks Caelan!!!!

Oh my gosh! I just left this crazy-busy UPS store where Jennifer and Tatum have been working since 9:00 this morning. They said it had been non-stop Amazon returns (which is why I was there) on top of all the other services they offer...including notary. These ladies were so funny, happy and EFFICIENT! Others might have been overwhelmed, but these two served every person as if they were the only custo.er in the store. Way to go Jennifer! Way to go Tatum! Thanks for making the return of my big pile of items so easy!

All of the reviews are awesome for this store except for one and it cant be a real customer. This place is one of the best UPS stores in the State and I have offices in 3 cities. We come here for efficiency, professional service. I have never had a problem and would go 20 miles OUT of my way to come here! The BEST!

I am blown away with the awesome staff and customer service! Tatum helped me with my Amazon Returns and she was so nice and insightful! Amazing job!
