What an amazing and friendly staff here. I worked with Alex and he really knows his stuff let me tell you he saved me and my family $120 a month switching. And made sure we applied for all are promotions for us and also made sure we had an understanding/expectation of how everything works.

We recently switched phones and internet to T mobile from 50 years at At&t. I can not even begin to tell you what a fabulous experience this has been. Went in yesterday with the intention of switching from AT&T and buying a new phone. Walked out with a new phone, new plan, and home internet. Alex literally helped me cut my (Spectrum) internet expense in half. He couldn't have been more helpful. Had us in and out in less than 30 minutes with the exact phone I wanted, in hand.
