AT&T Store

I am not tech savvy. Even the simplest tasks when setting up a new phone gives me a headache. We went to ATT and Joseph served us. He helped us transfer all of our data to the new phones dealt with some troubleshoots entertained our children and was very patient with us, especially coming in before closing. He was amazing knew a lot about the products shared resources and gave us his time. We definitely appreciate him for helping us with our products.

Moving from one provider to another is nerve racking, but the reprentives at AT&T made the experience smooth and relatively easy. Thanks to them for making the transition easier than expected.

This is for sure one of the best AT&T stores around! This store makes it so so simple and easy to get into a new device! And they have a great selection of cases to choose from.

Romelo is awesome! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Got us upgraded and had an answer or solution to all our questions or problems.

My local ATT location is very close to my house. The employee was very helpful and friendly; he enabled me to make the best choices related to Direct TV.

Joseph F. helped me out tremendously. He turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth process, and I left the store without a single worry! 10/10

Cameron and Liam at AT&T Westpointe Village in New Braunfels were absolutely wonderful! They treated me with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. They troubleshooted, found the problem, fixed my phone, and I was out the door. Such a pleasant experience! Thanks guys!!

We went in there worried about getting another line and phone but it was an emergency because our granddaughter was diagnosed with diabetes. Cole Creel was amazing !!He let us have many options and the deals now are great. She actually has a better phone than all of us now lol.. Thanks again Cole you were great

Steve was amazing! He helped us with our situation (2 hours) and went above and beyond while greeting customers when they came in. Answering the phone and helping the other ATT rep with his customers. Very professional! Thank you Steve!

The whole team at this location was excellent! We had a hard task for them to complete. I had my phone line switched to an account that was a “rear account” aka an out of market account. Very confusing for me and a lot of steps we had to go through to get everything lined up. Also I upgraded to an iPhone 12. ....Frank the store manager knew all the steps we had to take. He was very professional and intelligent with the process. This was a multiple day process and he was there to explain every step of the way. Him and his team members that helped us were great! I highly recommend going to see them for all your phone needs!

Frank and Bobby are so helpful! They gave me great, objective advice, helped me sync my phone (that I got via Fed-Ex from ATT) and are just nice and caring. They are 100% about customer satisfaction, not just for me but to all that entered while I was there. Polite, courteous and good at what they do! Thanks again everyone!!

Mike the manager runs the show, and keeps a chill flow and fun work environment; I know this, and I’ve only met him once. JOSE was my man 2NIGHT! He was THE BEST!!! He’ll be leaving though so the teams going to be down a true work warrior… be patient with the rest of the staff, Cole and I’ve heard all the other busy BEEs there are super great PEOPLE & WEWORKERS

I had damaged my phone in the river and Kat helped me and explained all of the options I had. She was very well educated on all areas and set me up with a new phone in under 10 minutes. I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this store to a friend.

The staff at this store is amazing. We had problems filing a warranty claim on our iPad pro, so we went in the store and they handled it immediately. We upgraded our phones and the gentleman that helped us went out of his way to make sure we got all the discounts we could and were completely happy with our upgrades. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store to anyone!

Today I had a couple questions on making a claim on my phone and upon entering the store I was happily greeted by the employees. Landon West quickly assisted me and answered every question I had with a positive attitude. He had great customer skills and assured me he was going to do everything to help. He even gave me a couple of alternate options in case anything went wrong with my claim. I am glad it was a smooth process. Landon was AWESOME!!!!!

I hate going into mobile retailers, but they made me feel super comfortable and were very knowledgeable of their products and policies.
Will be recommending all my fellow AT&T users to come to this location for a hastle-free experience!

I Have been a customer of att for over 10 years and I have been coming to this store for the last 4 years. This team is so nice anytime I have a question or issue with my phone, Chuck, Frank, Bobby are always glad to help. I was there yesterday and just wanted to let people know they should come to this store, the other post they got yesterday was so mean and not true at all. I was there they tried to help the gentleman and his girlfriend as best they could but the guy got upset and left. So its false that they didnt try to help him. they are always friendly and have personally helped me many times. I'm old so I don't understand phones much but they are always friendly with a smile and help answer any of my questions

My boyfriend and I arrived at the store, but there was a line ahead of us and only one employee working, Landon. He was very polite with us while we waited and once it was our turn he kept the store open after hours to help us with our questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure our needs were met. He informed us of all possible discounts and was super friendly. Fantastic customer service! Give this guy a raise!
