I personally love this store. I find the current staff and manager extremely patient and helpful while I wonder aimlessly around the store looking for new and exciting things. Sometimes they have a couple interesting bottles on the allocated shelf. I wish the HQ would let us have more allocated items. They seem to cater more to their wholesale customers.

A shout out to Lisa! I personally don't drink. I would love too but my body doesn't like it. I needed to pick out something for a friend and another fun option for a party. Lisa was so very helpful and patient with me! When it comes to alcohol I'm clueless! She gave me a few ideas and helped educate me on some important details to look for next time. Both items I picked out with her help were big hits! Such good customer service!

I'm updating my review because it seems as if they are actively trying to better the customer service at this store. Glad to see that management and staff are taking note of the reviews online and working hard to better improve customer service and friendly staff.

Always a treat compared to rural WV. Missed out on fav DonJulio reposado but settled on Patron aged in sherry cask. Hope it proves it’s worth!

Been a customer for awhile now and always have great experience when I go, workers are always nice and have never had a bad experience

They don't call it Twin Liquors for nothing. Always get a discount when you buy two of something. They are always having some kind of sale too! This is my go to for parties and special occasions.

Went in September to get a special birthday gift. The last lady was so helpful and we found a new fav whiskey.

They always have what I need. Great place to shop. Good humidor also
