Pilot Travel Center

I am currently installing a CB radio into my pilot car, I was looking for the small rectangular standard external speaker I originally tried the travel America up the road and they did not have it but like clockwork pilot to the rescue. They had exactly what I needed got me in and got me out, plenty of parking, plenty of handicap parking lots of gasoline pumps and diesel pumps clean shower area and bathrooms with self check out available

Great service at this gas station! The self-service feels seamless and convenient. Quick and easy fueling experience, making it a hassle-free stop. Kudos for the user-friendly setup! ⛽👍🏽

A very well ran establishment. They have been under construction the last few months and have worked hard to keep the place functioning as well as possible! Shower staff is always friendly and works hard to get people in and out. I always stop when I'm passing through this area.

I was quite impressed with this Pilot. It was clean and we'll maintained. The people were friendly and the thing that impressed me was all the employees were actually working. It seems like almost any place now days it's hard to find more than a couple people actually doing what they are paid to do. Not here. Everyone was engaged in a productive task. And the clean well stocked store showed it. There was even a guy outside cleaning the pumps with a spray bottle and rag. Not just going through the motions, he was actually cleaning them. Normally I prefer Love's to Pilot, but this one was really nice. The employees and management are to be commended.

They have by far the nicest workers at this location . The workers on this shift truly went above and beyond. Thank you !

Professional staff!
Entering the building, I was greeted with smiles and a Welcome-In. Such wonderful employees. Everyone I saw was smiling, friendly, and ask if I needed help with anything. Makes me want to stop in everyday. The restroom was clean and the showers very nice, not cramped.
The owner of this store, SHOULD BE THANKFUL FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES.
5 stars everyday from me to the, BOSS MAN, the managers and all the employees.

Good store, nice employees (thanks Racie!) and pretty decent showers--they have a handheld sprayer as an option.

At 1500 12/15 there were still plenty of spots which seems consistent for most days. After that, it's good luck to you boys.

They also have enhanced outdoor wifi, free of charge which is a nice perk.

Truck driver: I stop here frequently for fuel and scale tickets. Staff is always nice and friendly, great prices on products in store as well

Best showers I’ve ever seen at a truck stop. Updated and very clean. Friendly employees. Store has a strange smell in the inside. Parking lot was full to capacity. Free shower if you purchase 50 gallons of gasoline.

The Pilot Travel Center, of New Braunfels, TX, chose, THE BEST MAN, FOR RUNNING THE STORE. (great job Sir, on selecting your staff). THEY SURLY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, AWESOME EMPLOYEES AND CREW I'VE EVER MET, and I've stopped at many places in my past years and The Pilot Travel Center employees have always been polite, friendly and helpful, to me. Their bright smiling faces, the Welcome-In greetings, upon entering the store, and the short conversations, at check out, are always such a pleasure.
I stop here every time I'm visiting, or just passing through. The restrooms have always been clean, and have never smelled or been messy, like most Truck Stops. I've had to wait for a shower once, as I recall, and the crew was very quick on cleaning and gathering fresh towels. They made my wait time, pass quickly, by making good conversation, being friendly and being so helpful.

Omg I was so pleased with the friendly staff here. As you walk in, they are greeting you with a hello, good morning or afternoon. They have a hot foods counter. Prices are reasonable low. Good food. Lots of traffic comes through so they are pretty busy. But they are patiently serving people with a smile.

Excellent experience. The manager on duty, Daniel, was very nice and helpful. Good, clean store. Easy off/on I-35 at exit 184.

They have a McDonald's, Subway, and Cinnabon here.

Get the Pilot rewards card. There are several advertised deals in the store for drinks, but you have to use a rewards card to get those prices.

I really like it. Right off the freeway. Great selection of fountain drinks - especially love the fact that they had my Diet Dr. Pepper. They have a little bit of everything and are open 24 hours. Even the restaurant McD's is open 24-7. And I've always encountered friendly staff. I can't say I've had anyone be rude yet. I can't believe the fact that people will complain about construction. It's not the store's fault. You're always going to have construction happening somewhere or another. You're supposed to rate the store not the streets/highways around it.

Ok place not much parking for sprinter van but it has showers so ahh..

Daniel was super polite. I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. Over all a very good store.

Whoever cleans the showers needs to do a better job cleaning the floors.

This Pilot location is awesome! All of the employees are friendly. All the road trip type snacks you could need. Lots of different drinks to choose from. Also, 3 restaurants here. McDonald's, Subway, and Cinnabon. Good location too right off the highway.

Great place to get gas and snacks as well as anything else you might need. They have very reasonable prices extremely clean restrooms and their selection and prices are excellent. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back
