Taylor, the Key holder, was super helpful such a sweet young lady. She provided great customer service from holding a pair of shoes to in-store purchases. I live about 45 minutes from the store. Her customer service and Belk’s reasonable prices. I will be back!

Absolute best shopping experience ever! So many deals, discounts, and clearance!! Convenience is key because your able to scan your items on your smart phone and have all available discounts applied. The cashier, Dusty was AMAZING! SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY 40MIN BEFORE THE END OF HER SHIFT AND DOUBLE SCANNED EVERY ITEM TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EVERY POSSIBLE DISCOUNT! She was super friendly and helpful. My family will definitely be returning.

This is a huge store with hardly anyone in it. There are lots of deals that get better if you look for a coupon online. Though many things are missing clear pricing so it's hard to tell what exactly you're going to spend on. Very easy to return something bought online as well.

Belk had so many sales in all departments,the only thing that stood out was that they seemed understaffed but other than that it was a huge retail store with a lot to offer.

My Grandmother visited, and we came here! This was my second time coming to Belk, and I wasn't disappointed. There were a lot of cute clothes, and almost everything was on a 50% off sale. We ran into trouble at the register because our app wasn't working, and our cashier was patient in helping us. She was very sweet, and I hope she gets some recognition. Her name was Valeria! I recommend you come here if you'd like a wonderful shopping experience!

The signs say 40% off with coupon. Got up to the counter to check out, and asked the Saleslady what App we needed to download for the coupon. She said, I have the coupon right here. It was so nice that we did not have to download another app. We saved 40% on each clothing item. Wow, that you for always being a great store to shop at.

This was my first time shopping at BELK. My grand daughter and I were looking for a formal dress for a school dance. We found what we needed, actually we found 2 with shoes to match! The staff was friendly and helped us locate all we needed. I found lots of organized inventory and styles, I’ll go back for myself & my husband.

I returned a damaged suitcase in exchange for a gift card. I found several items l liked at great prices. Left having used the gift card plus cash to purchase great buys in Shoes, accessories and home goods
