This Walgreens is the pharmacy I use most often. The pharmacy has a drive up window and a full service counter inside the store. They offer various vaccinations, including flu, RSV, COVID-19 and others. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.

Always a clean, friendly store when picking up necessities on the go. Conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 46W and FM 337. Perfect for that quick stop on the way home. Staff always warm and inviting.

Never had any problems with prescriptions or employees. Always have meds on time for my service disabilities.

I've used this pharmacy for several years and can't say enough nice things about them. My prescriptions are on auto; they fill them; I pick them up. No issues.

Great place to go in and get what you need and usually out the door. Hardly ever a long line at checkout.

I think the low ratings you see are because those are definitely the ones people will post The good experience are lacking because a lot of people won’t post good ones. Yea Iv waited on the phone longer than I would like a few times but usually not Iv never thought anyone in pharmacy was rude. They have always gone out of there way to help me. There are always going to be people who just don’t have any patience these days. No one knows what is going on behind the counter or on the phone so relax people

I want to like this Walgreens pharmacy, the staff is very nice. I’m sure they are overworked and understaffed but it takes forever to get anything done as a patient any time I’m here. It’s very frustrating.

Appointments for shots mean nothing to them. They wait on every single customer coming to pick up prescriptions before they give you your shot.. it takes less than 2 minutes to give shot, same as picking up prescriptions. Waiting 35 to 45 minutes after check in is wrong. I did not feel appreciated and valued as a customer. My time is important too. Also I feel pharmacist should be only one to give shots.

Seriously the worst pharmacy and staff in New Braunfels. Slow, No communication, rude. Just terrible all the way around.

This service at the pharmacy has continued to diminish. We sat in the drive up line for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. Then when we spoke to someone, she said the pharmacist had to do a consult. He was standing there the whole time sanitizing the phone. Then instead of a consult, he made a phone call and continued to converse and laugh. We finally just drove off.

They also keep trying to fill a prescription that I have told them three times I no longer need. Each time they tell me they will take it off my list.

On the bright side, I now have a Google account because that is the only way you can write a review.

If you want good service - definitely go somewhere else.
