Plato's Closet Greenville

Best thrift shop in the world! I’ve been to like 10 Plato’s closets and hands down the best.

I always have a great experience here. Taylor helped me throw some cute outfits together for my birthday and was super helpful with my questions about bringing in clothes.

Amazing stuff for cheap, definitely recommend. I got a Sailor Moon, a Spongebob shirt, and some awesome hoodies. I saw some top quality platforms there for just $18.

My new favorite store! I came here on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did! I scored a dope jacket and a cool HP shirt for cheap! Definitely will be back 😀

I came in with my friends who were selling and wanted to leave Kristen a nice review! She was super nice and we had some good conversations on what people bring in and what Plato’s favorite brands are for next time I come in to sell! I was very impressed with how much money people can get for some items.

Another awesome experience at Plato’s.The professionalism here is just out of this world. The management and staff are gonna make sure you get exactly what you came for! Tons of things to pick from. I swear I ALWAYS leave there with more than what I came for. No matter what day of the week I seem to go, they have a girl there, Taylor, who knows her stuff. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always smiling. I know now NOT to bring anything in a plastic bag, but even then, they all were nice about it. Rules are rules so I couldn’t be upset with them. Luckily I had a shopping bag in the car and they gave me a decent amount of money for clothes that I really didn’t wear anymore and sold to them. Trust me, this is the place to shop!

Today I had one of my best selling experiences at Plato’s closet. I’ll admit in the past interactions weren’t the best but the level of customer service I received today was absolutely unmatched. Not only did they have a bomb selection but I came to sell clothes had four bags and the staff help me put it in my car which has never happened before. The staff was so friendly helpful and appreciated the things that I brought and for the things that they weren’t excepting I completely understand because it’s not in season and as a business they need to look out for what will sell best. Thank you to the Greenville team for helping me out today!

My new favorite place to shop! My friend has been raving about it for quite some time. I went with her to an athletic event and got hundreds of dollars worth of athletic clothes for less than $100. Great quality and lots to choose from! I’ll be going back much more often! Best consignment experience I’ve had! So many fun finds. I can’t wait to take my clothes there to trade for cash!

Had a great experience at this store. I went to buy a gift for my daughter and had a fantastic sales associate named Hannah help me out! Would definitely ask for her if you head to Plato’s!

First time in. I appreciate they carry plus sizes. I saw some nice brands like target and Loft. Actually found two modest flowy skirts in my size just they were too thin so I decided to hold back. Great prices too!

I go here quite a lot, and I've never had a bad experience! The sales staff has been super friendly and helpful each time I have gone, and one time a really sweet lady even looked for some pants for me in the back, when I couldn't find my size in the color I wanted out of the clothes out front. Everyone has a good sense of humor, and even though the company is somewhat limited on what kinds of clothes they can take in trade ins, the employees are always sweet about looking through your stuff. Their selection is usually pretty good, and I find really cute clothes here regularly, with great prices. I'll continue to shop here for as long as I am near Greenville! :) Would highly recommend to friends.

My daughter and I visited Plato’s this week and had such a pleasant experience. Miranda was so willing and helpful in finding what we were looking for. Highly recommend this Plato’s and Miranda!

Everytime I go in I receive great customer service. Their displays are up to date and stylish. And they always have the cutest clothing no matter your sizing, plus their Instagram let's you put things on hold to go and pick up!

I go here at least twice a week. Lovely staff and if you really look you will find some great tees, jeans, and really cute purses! Also the points system is great too! Thank you for all the amazing styles. Jess goes above and beyond to help customers.

I went for the first time to day and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I got Vans and Lululemon legging for a third of the usual price. The clothes were in great shape and the shoes were too. The staff was so kind and helped a lot. I HIGHLY recommend Plato’s Closet.

Beyond perfect customer service. I got the best help from someone there named Taylor. I can’t even illustrate to perfection just how great this lady was. Her attitude and guidance went above and beyond her job description. I was blown away because retail customer, from my experience, isn’t alway the greatest. Well she changed this and she changed my outlook of Plato’s closet. Not that I had anything bad to say about the company, but now I have all good word to compliment and put the word out about this organization. Kuddo’s to Taylor. Love the store and all the workers were very welcoming and super friendly. The clothes save me so much money, especially with the rewards card and I always find stuff that I would never find anywhere else. And if you’re looking for a place to take clothes you don’t wear anymore, they’ll give you a great price. This store is a lifesaver honestly and would highly recommend.

Was picking my daughters glasses next to the store and said let's go in here. They let you wander around at your own pace which I love. Everything in here is current, clean, pressed, brand name with awesome prices. Now that said I have read the one star reviews and my answer to that would be bring to Goodwill, your donations will create jobs. Life is way too short to complain on here. There is always E-Bay people.
