Who doesn't love DSW! I love the variety that they carry and the customer service is excellent! I haven't had no problem with store or even online service. Shout out the lady that help me the other day with glasses and long hair. Gave me 30% off and I was able to return a pair shoes without the box. They had the feet inserts inside and tags attached. She needs a raise. Lol

Had a concern with a return being incorrectly credited back to a non-active card. The Manager, Alexa, was the most professional, kind, patient individual, who treated us with complete respect. What a refreshing experience!

Had great luck there today! Their clearance section had gorgeous heels for my daughter, who wears a size 10 or 11 depending on style. So many places have nothing cute in those sizes. Only $30, too! 💜

I can always find shoes at DSW. The last time I went I bought two pair of Skechers. I always bring in a pair of slightly used shoes to get the rewards.

I love DSW! While my shoe collection steadily grows everytime I visit, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the awesome gifts offered to customers such as myself who shop and sign up for perks! The store is very orderly and the ladies at the register greet everyone coming in courteously. What more could I ask of for my shoe shopping experience? Perhaps wine to go with spending my coins? 🤔

I didn’t catch the young AA ladies name that helped us but she was great. Made long drive & took my daughter here for pageant shoes. She chose the wedges ($80). They have one aisle of special occasion shoes but this was our 4th store & we are from out of area so I was just happy we finally found a pair she liked.

Needed to do an online order return. The gentleman at the register was so nice and kind. The manager that approved the return was very efficient. I’m bummed out about the shoes I ordered being sent to me in the wrong size TWICE, but the store took care of the refund. The shoes I wanted were now completely sold out in my size, so I could no longer get them. I don’t think I’ll ever order online again from this retailer, but the great service at the store deserves to be recognized.

Though I am not a big fan of this store, it greatly underwhelms me. However, it had exactly what I needed, after going to probably every show store in Greenville. The store was very organized,clean, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was AWESOME! Team members were obviously busy but more than one person offered assistance and the cashier gave a very personal touch while ringing me up! Great job!!!

Very nice selection at this location. The staff was friendly and courteous. Helped us find a specific shoe brand that we were looking for. I think my only suggestion would be, not having all the girls huddled around the checkout lane. Maybe have them walking around the store looking like they're a little more busy. But I get it, it is a job and it's always nice to become friends with your co-workers. Even though they have their little group huddle going on around the register, they're all still more than willing to come and help you.

I had a great experience at DSW today. The store was neat and clean, I found some good deals, and the staff was very friendly. I was approached on the sales floor by an associate who asked if I was finding everything okay. Checking out was quick and easy. Cashier was very friendly.

Always have a great experience at DSW. If they don't have it in the store I order it online. They seem to run special offers several times a year & you earn points for coupons off your next purchase. I buy all my athletic shoes at DSW.

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse has a great selection of all types of shoes: men's, women's and children's. As well as orthotic appliances that you may need to insert in your shoes for comfort! All cashier's wore masks and there were plexiglass barriers between them and the customers! Everyone was very professional and courteous! The store was spotless and attractive. We will return!

We have not been in DSW before and we’re pleasantly surprised with the styles and sizes in stock for men and children. The staff did not ‘stalk’ you are constantly ask if you were doing ‘ok’. Which, for me makes a big difference. They were available of course to help as needed. Rachel as so helpful and did an excellent job explaining their VIP program. We will be back.

If you're like me and you love shoes and this is the place for you I usually don't write reviews but this company is awesome they give you discounts for your birthday they give you $10 credits at least once a month their shoes are always on sale they always have sales half off or so much money off of the shoe it's just absolutely a lovely place to go to to buy shoes I don't shop anywhere else for shoes but here
