I love Macy's. It's so fun to go and browse. Then you stumble upon some incredible bargains.
I love to go gift shopping at Macy's, especially when I'm not sure what to get that special person. I'm sure I'll find something special. You know they'll even gift wrap my purchases for free.

Very friendly and helpful lady at the fragrance counter. She was so patient and knowledgeable with us testing a variety of fragrances.

I came to this Macys to return items I ordered online. The Customer Service desk is conveniently located right by the main entrance. Service was quick and professional.

Me and my Nana did some last minute Christmas shopping and we enjoyed our time together as well as the store. The associates were polite and extra helpful

Devante Dixion, he is AMAZING! I did not know Macy's offered a free personal stylist! Ladies, this is absolutely amazing! I was shopping for interview outfits, walking around with my arms full, because you know how it goes; You don't know what size you are (because women's sizing is SO inconsistent), you try on a billion things, nothing fits, you end up leaving just hating yourself. As I was walking through a associate said "hey, you need to talk to our personal stylist" and pointed me and mom to Devante. He helped us pick out cuts and styles for my body type (apple shaped, so it is a challenge!). Took us to a private dressing room so he could grab anything if needed on the fly. Best part? We got 20% off for just using his service. WHAT?! Devante, if you are reading this, you are doing great work. Thank you so much. You made this lady feel beautiful again. I will use this service going forward for my shopping needs. You can schedule a appointment ahead of time, tell Devante exactly what you are looking for and need and he will have items pulled for you ahead of time. MIND BLOWN! I hate ordering online, because you order all this stuff, and half of the time the quality and cut is garbage. Then you have to return it for a size up or down, or just all together. If Devante's manager or CEO is reading this, give this man a raise. Trust me, this is a skill that is needed and can really set Macy's apart from online shopping and of course other big box stores.

Bought 2 of these dresses for flower girls in a wedding. High quality dresses for only $20 each! Love going to the back stage area where all the good sales are!

Tammie at the Fragrance counter for Coco chanel was super helpful. Yani( hope I spelled it right)is also beautiful and helpful when I come to this counterCoco Chanel mademoiselle!! My favorite!

Favorite makeup and perfume store. Really miss going because everyone treats you well, and the people behind the counter will show you how to put on makeup or do it for you for any event.

Did a bit of Christmas shopping. As much as I like the ease of online shopping, there is nothing like being at the mall and experiencing the atmosphere of being in the store.

Salesperson Devante' was AWESOME. I will be seeing him again at Macy's

Always a great experience! I've loved Macy's since it was Rich's and I worked there. It's Prom Season and they have a good sale going, 30% off Evening gowns and White Church attire for Women's Day and Mother's Day. 💐❤🙌🏾♥🙏🏽

Good sales, nice store cashier was not very friendly

I seriously just walked thru Macy's to get to another store to repair their camera system. But I mean, it's Macy's...an iconic name. I'd shop there.

It is an average Macy's. The lady in the jewelry section was very helpful when it came to shopping for a birthday gift.

Debra and Tiffany in the Men’s section were FANTASTIC!! They took their time to ensure accuracy, were SO patient and kind, and even applied coupons to each of our items which was so generous of them. Even though our order was a bit complicated (buying items in-store and online, combo of cash and card, having to have items shipped to the house, etc.), and it was about to be closing time, they didn’t rush us out or seem annoyed. They made us feel so welcome and the buying process was as smooth as possible. Thank you so much Debra and Tiffany!! Your sweet spirits did not go unnoticed :))

Staff is awesome. I made new friends and had a ball on my shopping spree. I found everything that I wanted and I have no regrets on any of my purchases.
