Gap

I went into Gap at Haywood Mall in Greenville to return an online purchase. David helped me. He was filling in for the manager, I believe. This young man is amazing. Shouted hello when I hit the store and asked of I needed to return the package I had in hand. So personable and professional. Sometimes returning an online purchase is not so well received at the retail store. Not at this Gap. What a great experience. David...Thanks so much for your help.

I have been a regular at Gap ( old and new store) for years and I have loved what they have done with the store these past months. It is so much easier for me to shop for my whole family. The employees are always super nice and so helpful and I never feel like I'm asking too much or I'm bothering them no matter how busy they are.

I have been shopping at Gap stores for years because of the good quality of their merchandise and today was my first time to do so at the Haywood Mall at Greenville, SC. The staff is amazing and most especially the young man who helped me at the check out counter. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
