This review is for Mary Lee at the Poinsett Highway Greenville SC. We purchased 5 new large appliances two of the items were missing pieces. I had tried Lowe’s customer care per the appliance department at the store. Customer Care needs some training after some transferring my call around I ended in the Lowes IT department. I called the store VERY frustrated and Mary Lee answered my call and immediately began to try and help resolve my problem, no passing the buck. After a short hold another employee came on the line to say Mary would call me back. About an hour later someone from called me back as a result of Mary’s inquiring. She resolved the missing parts issue on the spot to my satisfaction. As short time later Mary called me back to be sure I had been taken care of. Mary is the model of a customer service professional. She calmed me, solved the problem and followed up. Thank you so much Mary Lee:-)

Alex over in appliances helped us pick out the best washer and dryer set, made it super easy for us to check out, and ordered all the additional supplies we needed to set everything up. He also fixed two minor issues we had amidst delivery with no hesitation and went above and beyond our expectations. Literally writing this review for Alex, not the store itself. It’s the people that make it what it is 💙

I have visited several of the big box hardware stores in my area. In some, it is difficult to find help and, more important, qualified help. However, the Lowe’s on Poinsett in Cherrydale has been consistently dependable in getting the help I need. The Pro Desk there is very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help. Lee and Clinton have been indispensable to me in carrying out my projects. The efficiency and quality of the staff is a reflection of excellent management. Justin and his employees make shopping at Lowe’s a satisfying experience.

BRIANNA is a total treasure!!
I came to the store to buy 2 lattice panels, of which I had already bought 5 this year. Hence, I didn't even check availability b/c I was sure the store had them.
Well, they did not. Checking the website on my phone I couldn't even find the product. So, I went to the service counter where I met Brianna, who went above and beyond !!! to help me.

Luckily I could show Brianna a picture which showed the panels. Brianna recognized them, went with me to the aisle, found the product number (since the product was no longer on the website), climbed on a ladder to see if the one panel which was supposed to be at the store was there. It wasn't.

Then she checked the other Lowe's stores and found out that the Wade Hampton store was supposed to have 12 panels.
Brianna volunteered to call them so the Wade Hampton store would put 2 panels aside (after all, now I was going to make a 20 minutes trip, one way, to get them). She patiently tried to reach the Wade Hampton store but they hung up on her 3 times. Then I said, I'd drive over, b/c if the store was supposed to have 12 panels, surely they'd be able to get me two.

All in all, 20 minutes of personal service like I haven't it experienced it in a long time. Thank you, Brianna!
@StoreManager: This girl needs a raise! She is the most dedicated and helpful employee I have met at the store in many many months.

Great place super helpful staff the guy in seasonal went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. He now works in appliances but he still walked the whole store with me until we found the item. Thanks again!

Everytime I go into Lowe's all of their employees are very helpful and kind.

Recently my appliances went out on me and I needed to make an emergency purchase. John was wonderful over Fourth of July weekend. Delivery and installation was seamless.
The individuals who delivered and installed were very helpful and kind and answered any questions that I had.

Impeccable service from beginning to end of the process.

I had called and asked if they accepted Apple Pay and was told yes, upon my arrival I was informed that they in fact do not. I was already having a bad day and the manager Luis I believe, offered to pay and I want to thank him and appreciate it so much!

I would like to take a well deserved moment to compliment a gentleman named Timothy in the Flooring Dept at Greenville SC Lowe's, Store 1718. Today was absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a home improvement store from the entrance door to the exit door! While in the Flooring Department I had asked a Lowe's associate that happened to be stocking shelves if he could attest to the quality of a certain vinyl flooring product that happened to be marked down. He neither praised nor ridiculed the product but rather instructed me on the grading process of vinyl flooring, indicated on the box. He stayed with me as I used his information to select a final product, again explaining higher wear properties and product performance suggestions by the manufacturer. He checked availability several times and kept me aware of any supporting products I must include not to mention loading my cart when my decision was final. To make a long story short, all I can say is that Timothy was the kindest, most patient associate I'd ever dealt with and any information that he couldn't answer directly he chose to access his resources rather than say "I don't know". I actually smiled coming home, remarking to my wife how good it felt to know that the good service I actually grew up with still exists in this world. Please acknowledge Timothy and thank him for being such a stellar ambassador to the Lowe's family! I also had a great shopping experience of equal value with a gentleman that was working the Paint Dept desk but unfortunately, I did not catch his name. Thank you to Lowe's and an even greater THANKS to Timothy!

Always great place to go for my home needs. Need some keys done and wood for shed had everything I needed and the employees are always super helpful .

Shamus and Josh were very helpful. They went out of their way to help me get the things that I needed. The only thing that concerns me is that the electric and plumbing supplies are lacking. Many of the items that you were able to get in the past are not there anymore.

As is most Lowe's stores pretty much the same, I only wish they would get back to military discount as they use to do

Because Carol and Jaquan went above and beyond to improvise for me, I give this location 5 stars--even though the necessary piece of equipment for my project was down and the items we came for were unavailable. Good service from exceptional employees can completely turn around a frustrating experience for a customer. Thank you, Carol and Jaquan.

Had a great experience tonight. About 30 minutes to close I came into the store for a rug and had two employees help me roll it and wrap it up without even asking. They did a great job. I only caught one of their names, Tyler, but I’d like to recognize both great efforts. And so close to closing time. Thanks!

Excellent customer service and stellar associates assist with every need with courtesy and expertise. This store excels in friendly and skilled talented associates to help our community building needs here near Poinsett Highway. It's well stocked and well staffed. I love a visit to my neighborhood Lowe's where my dollar is well spent.

At first glance this is just an average Lowes, however its entrance makes it my favorite hardware store in Greenville South Carolina. The store's parking lot has a traffic light that makes it super easy to get in and out of. Is nowhere near as much stop and go as the Lowe's and Home Depot on Woodruff Road subject you to. It always seems to be enough folks on the register at least when I'm in the store. Has a decent Garden center.
