We adopted Binx for Christmas 2023 for Jeffery this is the sweetest cat ever and this was the best place for us to go to thank you PetSmart and Geneva along with your staff

I took my daughter so she could see all of the animals and fish. Can't wait to get our pet! Love this store!

We use Petsmart for prescription dog food and cat supplies. (Laurens Road location has full service vet and full inventory of Hills and other prescription-only wet & dry foods).

Large store. Very well stocked and kept up to date. Prices are fairly steep for some things but feels more a function of our economy than of a store problem. Petsmart has good selection on special diet food, bulk litter, and for certain fish and bird items. Very broad range and sizes of kibbles. (Except Fromms. 🤨 I buy that for our cat at Hollywood Feed).

If desired, always ask for an emailed receipt first thing when you checkout. Once rung up, cashier system has no way to generate a digital receipt.

Love the huge selection at this PetSmart. Check out it's always friendly and easy. The store is clean and well stocked.

Easy online to store price was great for the large dog crates, Refrigerated pet foods are usually at competitive prices . Bird food has a nice selection of seeds and pelletier food.I hope you bring back Roudybush to your stock soon. The online to car pickup is really nice.

All PetSmart stores are clean and well organized. This location was no different. It is one of our go to places for things for our fur girl.

Granted it was 7:00 on a Monday night, but all the employees were outside getting shopping carts, so we stood 4 orders deep waiting in line for a while before anyone rang us up. But when they saw us the associates all hopped on registers to help us.
I was super excited to see they had the brand of cat food my picky girl likes! Not super excited that it's more expensive than my local grocery store, but the grocery store is out,so I paid extra to make her happy.
They already have some really cute pet Halloween stuff displayed.

I come here for the little bitty toys my toy poodle just has to have, that I can’t find anywhere else but a Petsmart is a Petsmart is well a Petsmart. Nothing extravagant about this place or it’s employees or well any other Petsmart that I have been in for that matter. So I make my own self happy finding the toys I need that fit the size of my fur-daughter and for that reason and that reason alone I highly recommend any Petsmart especially if you are looking for little bitty fur-baby toys.

Banfield inside the store is plus. Also everything is always stocked up and you can find anything you need.

Amanda the groomer is amazing. She's very patient with my rescue Jack Russell Terrier. And she always tells me she's very well behaved.
She doesn't forget anything and always does an awesome job grooming my dog. I highly recommend her.

They have a wide variety of tanks and the variety of fun tank decor. They are the most likely to have what you need if you have a reptile. I drove to a couple places today that did not have the proper size Frozen mouse for my snake too eat. So you know I was trying to make just a quick trip. I still ended up at PetSmart today. Overall, they're still probably the best place in town. Go there first

It has it all! They make my dogs bark with glee! Look at all the food I bought. The doggie is May and she can be adopted from Happy Dogs in Williamston. She is beautiful.

Great selection large store friendly workers

Great staff and pet salon. Easy to find everything I need and the salon staff is excellent with Hope. She gets so excited as soon as I turn into the parking lot.

the older lady was so sweet she was selective in getting me the pretties male guppy I bought 5 females which were just plain ones only fancy males hard to find fancy females lost mine earlier this year so my males now will be able to breed me a brew

PetSmart is a great store a place for all of your pets needs they have a great staff of employees that's pretty knowledgeable with helping you with your pets needs and essentials and accessories you can adopt pets, get your pets groomed it's one of the best stores for all of your pets needs. We have a dog that has special care needs and a diet is the only place that we go to get her food. The employees always are happy to answer questions address concerns And they seem to truly love the animals that they provide service for.
