Barnes & Noble

This is a convenient location across from Haywood mall. It has a Starbucks inside and it was busy on a Saturday afternoon. I think the selection is typical of any Barnes & Noble, besides books, there are toys and board games, souvenirs and gifts. The customer service was friendly and helpful!

Awesome experience and the young lady that checked us out (black hair and beautiful smile) was amazing. I have a book on your online store and the way she explained how to get my book and the process. As the Author, it made my heart glad.
My friend and I both enjoyed her personality. They spoke about the pyramids and sphinx.
I got a perfect journal.
Best 15 min of my day.

A good place to hangout between hotel check out and Haywood Mall opening. We get to engage in some of my favorite pastimes sipping on coffee from Starbucks, reading and getting a good reading accessory.

Always difficult to locate a specific book... but the staff is always very helpful.

This is one of your standard bookstores, they have a good variety of books. Bargains if you hunt & a decent coffee shop. The have Bargains on oldie but goodie music cds.

Everyone here is insanely nice and super super helpful! I always find myself hanging out at checkout just talking to them about the book I’m purchasing! Love this store!

Large varieties and something for everyone. Quiet and you can relax with a coffee or tea and read.

Abigail was a blessing to direct me to a book by Lysa Terkeurst. I came for a book by Nona Jones, The Gift of Rejection, which hasn't been released yet. She also directed me to Sarah Jakes Roberts as well. This was by far the best way to start my vacation off with a good inspirational book. I felt the spirit of the living God all over you 🙏 Abigail

We always love Barnes & Noble. It's a great place to relax and check out some books. The kids always enjoy picking a new book to take home. They have a good selection, and it is always clean and well organized.

I love this store! It’s just the right size to browse but not feel overwhelmed, and their selections of books, magazines, games, cards, etc. are amazing. I went there on Dec. 27th to get some jigsaw puzzles, of which they had a great selection. When I finally decided on a few and went to check out, the checkout line was winding way back into the store. At first I started to just put the puzzles back and leave, but I noticed that all of the registers were open (at least six), so I decided to stay. Imagine my surprise when it only took me about ten minutes to get checked out, plus the checkout person was very friendly and seemed relaxed. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

Always find something good to read and most of the time at good price. Clean and quiet place. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff.

Aways has unique things, other store's don't offer.

Grandson needed a book to take to a school event TOMORROW, of course! He wanted to present a particular book and Barnes and Noble had it in stock. They pulled it and had it at the checkout when I got there. Very pleasant phone and in-person experience. Well stocked show room and a very nice coffee shop. Wide selection of up-to-date magazines. Handicapped friendly. Very clean store and bathrooms. Two thumbs up from me!

Had a great time browsing through the books and gifts. I found several books on travel that I was looking for and a new game foe the family.

This place is so great! The variety of books and peacefulness of everything is everything and more you could ask from a bookstore. The added option of coffee with the cafe just adds to the great experience. Can’t recommend this place enough!
