Chili's Grill & Bar

Overall really good. Normally fast food chains are all about the same, I’ve had chili’s before but this one was better than normal. We came kinda late but not within an hr of closing late, so it wasn’t busy, the service was great and the atmosphere was to. Drinks were decent to. Will be coming back

Stop into Chili's for a quick bite before getting on the road heading back to Columbia. We were immediately seated at one of the high tables at the bar. Our waitress was in training and excellent with customer service. She made sure we were taken care of. Very attentive to our needs. We ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta $16.99, the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich with French Fries for $10.99, and the Oldtimer Cheese Burger with French Fries $10.99 from the 3 for Me section which came with a Beverage, Appetizer or Salad, and Entree. Food was delicious and service was great.

Stephanie was our bartender and server and she was great! Not only was the service great but she was bubbly, kind, and you can tell she loves her job. She took great care of us. Plenty of refills, food came out quick and the team effort was great. Thank you!

If you had not recently been to Chili's on Haywood Road, you should give it a try! The food is exceptional and the service is beyond exceptional. Christina is awesome!

Food is always good, but had to wait for someone to come seat us because the young lady was sitting down on her phone. And finally she looked up and realized she had customers to attend to. But the waitress was amazing, and she was also the bartender.

We ordered dinner to-go from this location. The ordering through the app was easy and time provided for pickup-up time was accurate. Packaging for the food was also done very well. Taste of the food was good and the prices are also appropriate. Would definitely recommend using their to-go services!

I got those Nashville tender, Mac n cheese n the fries. WHOA! I have not eaten at a Chili's for years because I didn't remember them being very good. I have been missing out! The tenders were hot, crispy and juicy all at the same time. The fries were flavorful and the mac and cheese was so good! Definitely give these guys a chance if You're looking for a great surprise

Our server, Raylynn, was pleasant and fun. She did an excellent job taking care our table. Soo glad we decided to stop here for dinner. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. 5/26/2022... Satisfying and delicious meal at this great location again. Had the Big Mouth Chicken sandwich. Highly recommend it.

Everything was good the menu had so many good options

Our server was great! They were out of kid's menu's but he pretty much knew what was on the kids menu & helped my little girl pick out something that she wanted. He helped with suggestions to help me out . The food was great! We really enjoyed this visit. We don't get to go to Chili's often but hopefully we will get to go again soon. :)

Solid location. We all were happy with our meals, the service was quick and pleasant, the restaurant was clean inside. We were all pleasantly surprised with our experience and would come back

Experience before has been mixed. Today it was a 5. Our server Matthew was great. Food is was perfect. Unlike many chains it's still reasonably priced.

Late lunch so it wasn't crowded. Service was prompt and pleasant. Food was good and came out without much wait.

The food is hot and it tastes fresh every time. I always get a salad for lunch for the next day. It tastes fresh the next day for lunch.

It was decent, typical of this type of restaurant. I got what I expected. Food was good and everything went smoothly. All of the servers were pleasant and the hostess greeted us warmly, and said goodbye to us as we left. Would definitely be back.

Some of the best food hands down. Our waiter was amazing as well, friendly, great communication and food came out at a reasonable time.

Had an awesome time dining with my partner, which was really made by our server Julia. Her and the rest of the staff were incredibly fast and attentive, and she was extremely patient and helpful with recommendations as we chose our drinks and meals. Not to mention we were able to get two rounds of some very tasty margaritas and a full meal with appetizer for around $32. Can't really beat that.
