AT&T Store

Kristine helped me achieve everything I wanted. Thanks to her, I was able to resolve all the problems.

Today my husband and I visited the AT&T store at 3800 N. Lamar Blvd. Kristine was helping a customer who was not happy and very unruly to her. She continued to be customer friendly and provide the best service possible. He continued to try and use her words against her. She continued to stay positive as he continue to attack her with his words. He brought up numerous issues that he did not want yo follow to include not wanting g to pay taxes on a new device. After approximately one hour, I told him I will pay the taxes for you. He thanked me but did not take the offer. BLUF. Kristine did an amazing job and these are the people we appreciate working for us and representing our companies.

Maria was fabulous! She helped me find the perfect phone and accessories for my needs. She took the time to make sure all my info transferred to my new phone so that I would have a fully working phone when I left the store. She’s also friendly, courteous, and fun! I’ll definitely come see Maria again for any other phone needs.

Maria was awesome. She fixed my phone and take all the problems I had. She is a wonderfully experienced person that can work her magic. She is just also a super nice fun person to talk to. I will recommend her to all my friends and will want to go back to her if I have anymore phone problems again. She is an amazing person.

The manager on duty (Christine?) promptly welcomed me, ascertained what my phone purchase needs were, and guided me through the process. She was efficient, warm, extremely knowledgeable about AT&T products and processes, and professional.

First off, I’d like to say that the customer service at this location is exceptional! By far the most exclusive AT&T attentiveness to customer needs are provided here. I feel compelled to say that Maria was top class when meeting all my desired needs along with my wife’s. Not only did Maria exemplify the ease AT&T would take part with my business but assessed the whole transition to AT&T with ease and in a timely manner. I will highly recommend this location and to seek for Maria for remarkable service in your needs.

I never leave reviews but after my experience at this store I had to! The store manager (I didn’t get her name, but I believe it’s Christina, based on other reviews) was so so helpful. Such a welcoming, fun experience just trying to get a new phone. give christina a raise!!!

Maria & Andy are two of the most patient and professional workers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. After I lost my phone, Maria stayed late to ensure I was going home with a phone! Wonderful experience at this location! Due to a recent phone mishap, we went in for new model. Kristina made sure we knew which were best fits for us as well as all options for trade in and upgrade. Best ATT experience ever. Can’t say enough about her friendliness and expertise.

Emily took her time and helped meet all my needs with getting all my information transferred over and set up on my new phone. First I want to say I had an issue with a phone that I bought at Costco. I came to this store with Tori the manager and I can't even describe she went above and beyond to help me. She spent 45 minutes past even closing time. She is polite, professional, and amazing!!!!!! This is a true professional manager with sincerity and kindness. I can't say enough about her help she is giving me to work this problem through to success!

Zach is awesome! My bf and I had to come in twice on Saturday and again on Sunday to merge our accounts and upgrade my phone. It was quite a process, but Zach was so patient and kind and helpful. He made sure we knew about all of AT&T's service and the benefits to our plan. Thank you, Zach!
