Terrible experience!!
On 8th June, we reached there 15 minutes before closing time and asked for just infant milk. There were two staffs and we were assured of service but as soon as the clock hit 7:01 pm, they said they wouldn’t serve anymore. Particularly, the skinny lady there was very rude TBH.
After 15 minutes of wait and assurance, we had to return empty-handed.
Never had such poor customer service for last 4,5 years of visiting the store.

YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO SEE A BAD WOMAN WORKING IN THIS STORE THAT WOMAN HAS A BAD ATTITUDE WITH THE CUSTOMERS THERE ARE TWO WHO WORK THERE BUT THE ONE WITH THE BAD ACT SHE THE ONE WHIT I BLACK HAIR VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BEFORE GOING WITH THAT LADY BECAUSE SHE HAS A. VERY RUDE ATTITUDE BETTER YOU KNOW THAT WOMAN FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER JOB WOMAN IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU DO GIVE UP GIVE UP DON'T DO THE MOST HORRIBLE THINGS😡

Llegue a esta tienda por los productos de mi bebé esta mañana y la chica que esta en turno hoy fue muy grosera, le dije que ese no era el trato que debía brindar a los clientes y me dijo sorry pero así soy yo y si no te gusta vete a otro lado, eso fue tan desagradable para mi que agarre mi tarjeta y me fui a traer mis productos a otro lado. Deben contratar personal capacitado para brindar un servicio al cliente.
