Had a great experience in the store. Store was very clean and the staff were helpful. Jeremiah from the big and tall section helped me a ton and was very kind. Would shop here again.

Very nice. Good selection & friendly knowledgeable clerks. Particularly the one at men's cosmetics counter. She very friendly. Unfortunately, didn't catch her name but is a very pleasant & helpful black woman. Gave me free sample. My only regret is having gained weight so no longer like buying clothes at all! But that my fault! Will use this shopping lesson to motivate me! Highly recommend this store

Clean mall with a lot of stores. I didn't like this small store that a young man came out of and almost forcefully tried to get me to buy their dermalogical products. When I told him that I wasn't going to buy his products, he told me "ok have a good day." It felt like he dismissed me from a class. The food was good at the food court.

Yesterday Shannon at the beauty counter helped me find skin care product. I have eczema that flares up with the weather changes and middle-aged acne. She steered me over to a skin care product called shiseido. She even did a facial on me with the skin care product samples.These products are amazing. It literally feels like my skin has changed overnight by just using it for one day/ night. It's insane how different my skin feels. I'm going to end up buying the foundation from shiseido as well. She might have just changed me to their whole brand I seriously want every single product. She was very knowledgeable about the products and tailored her decision on what was best for my skin. Thank you so much for all your help yesterday. I will be back to you in the future.

Sales lady was very professional! ☆☆☆☆☆ made good suggestions!!! Tried on few pair made choice of 1st pair of shoes I bought. Advised in couple of months I would be in to but another pair of shoes; same brand Danske & would be asking for her! M______________?. Thursday she works

My favorite place to shop. I visit frequently and the staff, especially Timothy, is always there to assist me. Timothy still recalls a conversation that started years ago, so he is always willing to make suggestions, congratulate me on my purchases, and always offer a kind word to make my day brighter.

I took my mom out there , she needed some sweaters,she sensitive to the cold weather she's 89 yrs.old. We found some nice ones there.

For anyone looking for prom dresses, this is the spot. Wonderful selections, with attractive designs and embroidery. The best part is the prices are manageable and well worth the dress. Everything is organized and well put together.

They carry Havaianas! Flip Flops so comfy, quality and addicting to own all colors! Love them.

It is nice to see a well stocked department store. I have seen many that are not, and this one was very pleasing. I found quite a few items that were new to me that I would never have known about. This store is an example of how one can make it in the internet age. I liked the ability to shop around on so many brands for men, and was willing to pay their prices which were only a tad higher than Amazon for items you cannot even find on Amazon. Very pleasantly surprised by this store. Nice job.

Just came in to buy a simple watch and found something fabulous Emily in cosmetics took care of me not only that I got a free gift but great customer service thank you Emily for your beautiful smile and fantastic knowledge of cosmetics made me feel very comfortable for a man that does not know anything about make up 😊

I like how as a big store they still have plenty of employees to answer questions, help and find your right size. They haven't lost the personal touch in a PC world. I've also used their website for ordering products such as my fiance's special shoes to wear with her dress. Dillard's delivered 2 says early and with a discount.

I will continue to shop here and their clearance stores around the valley.

I went to look at watches and had the sweetest clerk. I wish I had gotten her name. There was no pressure sales, I was allowed to browse without being bothered yet when I wanted to see a watch, it was immediately retrieved from the case. I ended up with a watch I really like at a price that was reasonable. Great experience!
