The staff is very nice and they answered all my questions. Also the front desk person saw that my son was with me and gave him a Ram 1500 to color while we waited. Always great service and everyone is friendly. Absolutely love my new Ram 1500 4x4!

My husband and I just came to trade in my '21 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a '24 at the Queen Creek location. Joe was great with answering all of our question's while giving us all the time and space we needed to decide. Ryan helped us work out the absolute perfect deal, and made the process so smooth and pleasant . Brought my truck in for some recalls and maintenance. Jeff was amazing at taking care of me at the beginning, middle and end of my service appointment. Truck runs great, and was washed while I was there. I won’t go anywhere else!

Kim in the service department did a great job scheduling our recall repairs. She made sure to work with the mechanic to get it done as quickly as possible so we didn't have to rent a car as we are traveling. Fast and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very nice upon my arrival at the facility. Wayne and Ryan were my points of contact with the dealership throughout my buying experience, I briefly spoke with Wayne over the phone prior to my visit, as he responded to my online inquiry. Both Wayne and Ryan were very personable, professional, and courteous to me and were thorough in explaining every option I had throughout the financing process. While we were chatting, Wayne gave a restaurant recommendation that I ended up giving a try on the way home in my new car which ended up being awesome! Fantastic service from the service department at Earnhardt in San Tan. My service advisor Kiara was so awesome. I showed up mid day on a Monday. I literally walked in and said hello.. what are the chances I can get in and out in and hour and half? Totally expecting and laugh followed by no sir we are booked. But Kiara was confident she could and I was out in as little as 45 minutes. Not much else to say. Service performed was what to be expected coming from the dealer. 100% complete. Five stars to Kiara and crew..

Our salesman Martin provided excellent customer service, I walked into the dealership with a certain Jeep in mind, he wanted to make sure I made the right decision. He showed me different options but ultimately I got what I wanted. I feel like Sales Manager Ryan did everything he could to make the deal happen and I drive out with the Jeep of my dreams. Finance manager Ryan was excellent and presented warrenty and gap information without pushing them on me. This dealership is how other local dealerships should be run. My experience with the service department was fantastic. I came in with an issue that potentially could have taken a week or two depending on parts. They were able to get it done same day and get the parts in all while getting me a loaner so that my day was not inconvenienced. Kim was fantastic. Highly recommended.

We have purchased RAM and Jeep products in the last 3 years with no issues on delivery or service. Personally we generally order what we want and wait but the last vehicle was off the lot. The website was easy to use to help us fine what we wanted. Over the years we have found that the delivery process has improved with the electronic order processing speeding up the total delivery Process. Joe Wilson has handled our transactions and we fine him to be low key, polite and professional. Heath Wacker the General Manager has always been there to make sure things go smoothly.

We were very pleased with our very first experience with this dealer. Very pleasant experience with our salesman, Martin Hunter as well as the manager and the finance manager. We were pleased to buy a new Pacifica and have it detailed and filled with a full tank of gas. That is superior service as far as I am concerned.

I stopped in to Earnhardt Chrysler and Dodge late in the day to explore options for my RAM that had been starting irregularly despite a new battery. It was my good fortune to meet Jeff who was handling after hours service issues. He let me leave the truck on the spot and promised to have a technician look at it ASAP.

Two days later late on a Friday afternoon, Jeff let me know that the problem was the starter. He had checked with Zurich, the extended warranty company, and they were going to cover the cost of the new starter and installation. My cost was going to be $100. Jeff was not sure how soon they could secure the starter on short notice, and I didn't expect to hear back from him until the middle of next week.

To my great surprise and delight, Jeff called today (Monday), and said my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up; Earnhardt was willing to let me take the truck though they had not yet been paid by the extended warranty company.

Kudos to the techs and the parts professionals at Earnhardt diagnosing the problem, securing a starter and fixing my truck so quickly. Thank you Jeff for making me feel welcome at Earnhardt. We're new to San Tan Valley; though I drove in without an appointment, in just a few minutes after I arrived, I felt like Jeff and I were old friends, and it felt natural to leave my prize possession, my RAM, with him. Due to Jeff's communication and the service I received at Earnhardt Chrysler and Jeep, there is no need to take my truck anywhere else. It is easy to give Earnhardt 5 stars, a great recommendation and review, and my sincere thanks.

Great people, no pressure, bought the RT Durango on the 3rd day, shout out to John, Patrick and all involved. My last vehicle purchase took 6 months to close a deal, 3 days to close this deal was a record for me. Will definitely be back!!!

The automotive service center has some of the best customer service hands down. The advisor I use is Jeffery because he is straight to the point and explains everything so I can make an informed decision but I’m sure the rest of the crew has the same attitude when it comes to customer service. Their prices and attitude with the quality of work preformed is the reason I will always go back.

I drove from California to have my windshield fixed. My son bought his Jeep here he lives in Queen Creek, he says your dealership is honest and reliable. I do not receive very good service at my local dealership so I decided to kill two birds with one stone have my windshield fixed at Earnhardt and visit the family I have out there. My service writer was Kim fain she went above and beyond what I expected had everything ready for me when I got in town and had my windshield fixed. I am very satisfied with my service I want to thank you Kim for everything that you did for me and putting up with my terrible pictures LOL
