I went into Home Depot looking for refrigerator. I was hoping to find someone to assist me with all of the questions I had. I felt very fortunate that Eleanor Cook was there to assist.
Eleanor was very knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to chat with me about the different refrigerator brands and features. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service Eleanor :)

Very knowledgeable employees (seem to have worked at the location for a long time), well stocked, and clean store. Have enjoyed seeing the kids workshops open again (after covid).
I get my Hampton Bay solar commercial grade string lights here. They are the best ones I have ever tried. I have them on my porch, in a van and a set for camping. They put out so much light and can be set to come on automatic at the first of night fall. I can only find them here.

My wife and I needed to return some LED light bulbs. Kathy, one of the managers, helped us find the correct replacement bulbs so that they would match the existing bulbs in our kitchen. She was very kind and professional. Thanks, Kathy!

I needed a blind for my back door . Kevin is always very helpful and friendly. My blind needed to be cut. I went to Lowe’s first but no one is ever available to help. Kevin is usually there when we need something in that department at Home Depot. He was very helpful when I bought backsplash for my kitchen also.

Rented a power washer earlier today and the process was easy and stress free.

Price: The price to rent a 2,000-2,700 psi power washer for 4 hours was $65.

Process: I simply showed up to Home Depot, went to the back where their Tool Room was, told them what I needed, showed them my driver's license, and inserted my credit card. It took about 4-5 minutes to be walking out of there.

Service: The guy I had the pleasure of checking out with was slightly above professional. I felt he cared about his job and put in a few extra smiles.

Power Washer Tips: Never ever rent a power washer that has less than 2,000 psi. If you do, you mine as well hook up your water hose and spray things down.

Tip To Management: Be careful who you hire. I've noticed that more Home Depots are hiring unprofessional looking and speaking people. It causes your stores to look like your trashy and going down hill.

This Home Depot has an excellent team of staff offering fantastic customer service. The store is well-stocked, organized, and clean. Checkout is a breeze. I've never had to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend.

This location has really friendly employees. I was looking for plants and a shelf. The shelf was a bit more complicated to figure out with the unique spot I will be putting it and with some help I was able to make to the right decision the first time. The vines out front are much bigger then other nurseries and more expensive since some were 7 feet tall compared to 4 feet at most other places.

Kids had a blast at the kids build last month. They keep asking when we can go back! Kids get an apron, a kit and a place to build a new kit every month (first Saturday of the month).

Last month’s activity was a bird house. Home Depot provides the kit, tools, paint everything you need and the kids get to bring their craft home. What a great idea!

Damn home depot,every time im in there i spend a lot of money ,because they have what you need and more love this place good tools and supplies

As a former employee of this particular store I can tell you they have some of the most knowledgeable staff at this location.

Very helpful staff! My blind and disabled father-in-love walk in the door and asks a greeter about the laser Christmas lights. She loads him up in his walker/ seat, as no electric carts available, and steers him to the Christmas light display. Very pleased that they would take the time to help a 96 y.o. WWII veteran!!

The employees were very helpful. Got in and out very quickly.

Daniel at the pro desk went above and beyond. Best customer service experience in any Home Depot I shopped at. My company will continue using them.

Went in to obtain some weed killer. Got plenty of ideas for planting within the next few weeks or so. Great selection.

Eleanor in the appliance department gave outstanding customer service! She took the time out to go over and beyond and show us not just the chest freezers but helped us find an upright freezer that suited our needs perfectly! What a sweet employee!! She is phenomenal 😍 thanks Eleanor!
