Heather, Tracy in the paint department and Henry in the Pro’s section have some of the BEST Customer Service I have ever received! Lowe’s is lucky to have this type of AWESOMENESS! Douglass at the Higley Lowe's was WONDERFUL! We were undecided on microwaves, but he took the time to patiently look up options that fit the many specifications and size limitations we had. His customer service skills are great, and I highly recommend Lowe's based on our experience working with Douglass.

I have shopped at Lowe’s since they were a small hardware store back on the East Coast. I find myself getting the great home improvement and construction materials at a great value. They certainly know how to take care of their customers and grow their business. My only complaint is that I have to travel past nearly a dozen other home improvement and hardware stores to get to my neighborhood Lowe’s. Worth the trip.

Decent selection on big box hardware stuff.
I was very impressed with staff who went hunting for a gas grill still in the box. Several similar grills were out front in the weather but we wanted new. Took them a couple of minutes to find the box and round up a fork lift but were cordial and friendly during wait. I hadn't used my Lowe's card for a couple of years so they offerred to sign me up for a new one to qualify for discount, then helped get it loaded to get home. Made me feel like a customer, not an annoyance. Good job!

I met a friend at Lowe's to return her jacket. Went into the store briefly to buy filters also went outside to rearrange things in the car after I reached my next destination, I realized I didn't have my wallet. The horror that went over me was devastating. I called the store, but they were busy & during each ring, my heart sunk further.
But an angel finally answered, and her name was Morgan. Her demeanor is so calming and she is extremely patient with a frantic upset lady (that would be me 🥴). While on the phone with me, She walked the parking lot, checked each register & looked everywhere but could not find anything. I drove to the store & once again, she helped me. The manager, Noel came down & I told him I had an AirTag on my wallet. Enter the second angel (manager Noel). He took my phone and with my AirTag we found my wallet. Interestingly enough it was in the back of my truck embarrassed, but relieved I have it now.

Two great things happened. 1) We found my wallet, I met two angels at the Higley Rd. Mesa AZ Lowe's store. 2) I don't have to worry about someone having stolen my things. God is good, and so are the Angels at Lowe's. Thank you Morgan :-) keep giving great service and being amazing.!! Thank you Noel your help & for letting her shine!

Larry in the paint section is by far the best employee Lowe’s has. He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Thank you Larry for being awesome!

Every chance I go to Lowe's and am having trouble finding something I have not had anyone tell me, find someone else, this is not my department. The staff should and does have a general idea and knowledge of all the things that are in their stores. I have always had a great experience and will continue to do my business with them

I was in search of new appliances in particular a refrigerator and would have to say that Dennis and Matt are both some outstanding customer service attendants who ensure you get what you need. Thank you for all the work!

Great place! Extremely helpful staff especially in the paint department. I've been renovating a house and they have helped me so much because I'm colorblind and clashing colors don't look like they clash to me. The interior of my place looks fantastic!

DAN in the paint dept was Soooo helpful remixing some paint and primer for me to get it closer to the color I wanted. Not everyone would have helped me out.
This store really does have awesome employees. Always helpful and nice.

One of the best Lowes in the valley as far as customer service goes

Looking for a security door. Several steps, person to measure, person to discuss my choices, order placed, paid. All completed in less than a week. Happy with my choice and with Lowes assistance and install. Definitely recommend.

Best selection and service I have ever had from a hardware superstore

Found what I needed and price was decent. Lowe’s is a good place to grab home improvements. We purchased ceiling fans and the prices were better then the depot

We stopped in for some garden supplies. Lowe's usually have a good selection in the home and garden department. This is my fault for not checking, but I thought I was buying an edemame plant, but when I got home, I realized the tag said it was spaghetti squash. It was put in the wrong location and I didn't verify. Lesson learned! Hopefully I'll have some great squash this year though.

Bought a home in Dreamland Villa 8 years ago, and entire renovation thanks to Lowe's. Bought paint several times, first time getting special color had to be made, company rep "helped" your man, came out wrong. Next two times Larry mixed absolutely perfect!!! matching. Will wait for him to be on duty next time too. Some employee's need to study the store, a hand full know exactly where everything is. Larry needs a raise!
