Absolutely splendid! We secured the Jefferson room for my wife's birthday celebration, and every step was seamless. Our party enjoyed the luxury of a dedicated cook, ensuring our guests didn't have to wait in line. Kelly, our server, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth, elevating our experience considerably. Her attentiveness and charm were the cherries on top of a delightful evening. For anyone looking to mark a special occasion, I wholeheartedly endorse their private party offering.

What an amazing place to eat. This place is huge! If I had my kids with me they would have loved it just as much as we did. As you could tell that there was no food on our plates that’s cause it was so good that we eat all

Arcade room with pool tables and other games so much to do while you are there. I think you can book a room that has a poker table. It’s sick! Next time I’m In town i’ll be 100% going back!! Over and over again.

Had the Surf and turf. Saying it was phenomenal is an understatement! Great food, great atmosphere, and great friends!
For the ribs, you have to wait until after 4pm.

Great food, great atmosphere, good music! Biggest downside is having to wait an hour and a half in line to order your food. Though I do make friends most of the time I'm in line. The next time we will try the mini food board for a faster experience. The flat iron steak is the best!

Very popular spot at any given time of the week, so expect the wait, especially for a party over 5.
The food was decent, nothing special. However, if you want entertainment and a good vibe, this spot is fun.
Service was very good and food came out promptly.
They did have a live band outside when we went on a Wednesday night.

Great food and venue! It's a bit self serve and terrific place with a great vibe. The burger was scrumptious and plenty big served with big ole stay fries. We went for lunch so I imagine an evening visit could not be beat! A must visit place!

Love to go to this place when visiting. Someone else got two of our medium rare steaks. 😔 But the atmosphere is awesome. Kiddos had a good time.

The ribs from the Rib Shack are the best ribs in the Valley!! A lengthy time to order because we arrived right about 5:00 pm. The place was already packed. We were lucky to get a table in the courtyard for our party of five!! Once my order for ribs was placed, it was only about 10 minutes out less before my pager illuminated and buzzed. Live music was awesome! The weather was just right for an evening in the open courtyard. A fire in the fireplace helped keep the chill away! Tables were cleaned fairly promptly once patrons departed. A great, local place for good food and lively entertainment. Get there early!!

I love this place but do you tip when there is NO service? I don’t like that there is no service. Geez get some waitresses. I had the hot Smokey burger. Very good!

When it's busy. It's really busy. The vibe is great. Live music is top-notch. And the flat iron steak is my favorite. This is some good ol' cowboy grub but with a more upscale appearance. It's a definite must stop in if you're either close by or even visiting Phoenix area. It's worth the drive.

This was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. I am not joking. Steak, shrimp, crispy potato cakes, creamed corn, rolls, asparagus, salad, I’m drooling typing this rn.

Always love this place! Great food and service. Warm weather they have misters outside, cooler weather they have fire pits! Great live music and dancing. Great private rooms for events that has been awesome for school sports events to birthday parties- highly recommend for a fun casual night out! (Wear closed toed shoes as the majority of seating is outside in compacted dirt.)

Beware of going on a weekend, we waited in line for over an hour to get our food. However once we got the food, it was good The atmosphere was fantastic. Just arrived early in the evening if you want to avoid the lines. Look forward to returning.

This is an awesome place to come to.....especially when they have a band! The food is delicious! It does get pretty crowded as many people love this place, too, so the lines for ordering food (if you are sitting outside) can be frustrating if you are in a hurry. I'm sure it's pretty quick if you dine in the restaurant area, although I always choose to be outside so I don't know for sure. It's a great place to bring kids as well. I had the Lobster special with the flat iron steak, with a loaded potato, and it was fantastic! The fire pits with the Smores kits are a perfect end to the eating part of the trip. There is a dance floor for those whose like to do that.

This place is awesome to get away from the run of the mill establishment with mediocre food. With live music, outside dining, open fire pits, and good family fun for all ages. There can be a long wait so get there early and stay late. You will not regret the visit. Great photo ops as well.

We had a great Christmas party last night in the Thomas Jefferson room! Rei our server was outstanding and compliments to our chef! Keep it up San Tan Flat!

The food and the service was great, but the atmosphere was awesome. The main restaurant was super cool, but then you step out back and bam! There are tables and fire pits, a stage for the band, an area for dancing, and it's all surrounded with old west decor. There's an additional bar, a place where you can buy ribs, and another that sells s'mores. This place is a must see!
