Surprised to see that JC penny was still around but happy to see it was well-stocked.

Came by to look for infant clothes and they had a great array of styles!

Bathrooms are on the southwest corner of the store by the infant section and are kept well clean.

They also sell forever 21 clothes

My husband needed a suit for our daughter's wedding and Esmeralda helped him so much she measured him helped him pick out the perfect suit! Then I went to get a dress and was walked around the store to find every possibility it was great!

Had my hair done cut it wrong and the style didn't Stay in My hair it went straight. It was colored red but it very discolored.

Salon services. Love my hair stylists. Everyone is so nice.

Love this place. Great selection on men's clothes with good prices.

We went into order blinds for my mother's kitchen window. The lady that ordered them for us was really helpful, and they were on sale so we got them for a good price.

Jewelry department is very helpful and great service!

Great sale! On July 4th I bought new bed sheets and pillowcases for my queen size bed at more than 50% off retail.

Jcpenney is a great place to shop for clothes. I typically buy women and girls' clothes here. I love their uniform polos they are soft, durable, and have a cute fit for girls. Their professional women's clothing is reasonably priced, washes well, and fits many different figures.

Very friendly and helpful service. Fast and enjoyable shopping day.

I shop here a lot. I usually go to the register where Debra works. She has amazing customer service. I also notice as employees come in periodically going to work. They always stop and say hi to her so obviously she has an amazing personality. Not just for the customers but for her coworkers as well.

They still have good sales and great staff

Big store in Arizona don't know much about it but it is very very well stocked. Clothing is very nice and lots of it. Very clean and sales people seem very helpful.

My best friend Nicki and I went into Penny's looking for either a Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel chain to replace the chain that broke for the 3rd time to my Open Heart necklace that my fiance Frankie got me 6 years and 15 days ago, he passed away 3 years 2 months and 29 days ago!! We were able to find the perfect chain and my friend Nicki insisted on getting it for me as part of my Christmas present!! The lady that helped us went above and beyond helping us!! She showed us all the gorgeous Sterling Silver chains and then helped us pick out the perfect one to go with my Open Heart pendant and then she gave us all the sale prices and coupons that they had going on!! The started out at $124.95 and by the time she was time done and included 2 warranty, it was only $30.79!! I highly recommend going to this JC Penney!!!
