Very delicious. That pizza was perfect! Everything was good quality and worth the value. Of course had a beer, they have a good little variety offered. Definitely going to return to try more off the menu!

Always love coming here for breakfast. The food is always good. 👌🏼 We ordered biscuits this time, and they were done right and delicious! Served with butter and homemade berry jam. The service was quick and courteous. The only thing was the spacing between table and seating was kind of tight in the booths. Recommend making a reservation. 😊

Great food, quiet, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I ordered something I've never had before in all the other up class and trendy restaurants nearby- apricot chicken. One word, Devine! Every bite was a reward. I stayed impressed, surprised and happy until I finished my meal! Chicken was perfectly cooked, the sweet potatoes in the dish were also perfectly cooked, which is somewhat hard to do by many other fine restaurants. The flavor was almost indescribable other than just plain delicious!
Their bar looked very clean, comfy and welcoming.
With so many other hip and trendy restaurants close by, I was a bit amazed, and lucky that Liberty Market wasn't that crowded. They certainly should be with food like this.

The atmosphere is fun and the food is good. The prices are high; but aren't they everywhere nowadays? We spent $28 dollars per person. 4 lunch entrees, 2 coffee drinks, 1 oatmeal cream pie, plus tip came out to $115.

Had a really great 1st time. The drinks and food hit the spot. We had the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast burrito with green Chile pork. Add on a side of bacon to go with the espresso martini and Irish coffee ☕ and it made for a great brunch! Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent 👌 everything!!! The food was delicious, There is a little bit of history about this place, it was a market in 1935, until it was burned due to some reason in 1958 and then became a restaurant in 2008, and got remodeled in 2022. It was fun knowing the history:).

I’ve heard from friends for years that I needed to try Liberty Market. I should have listened earlier. Everything we tried was amazing. The burrata might have been the star, but if you ask my son he’d swear by the chilaquiles. We’ll be back to try more things.

Had lunch here this weekend. They serve breakfast until 1pm on the weekend so we had a mix. The breakfast burrito is huge and we ended up splitting one. Great tasting sandwiches too. Dog friendly patio but you have to order inside so you will need another person to do so.

Second visit. The food was still excellent with some chocolate pancakes and chillaquiles. Service was horribly slow and we had to ask for service more than once. Might have been a fluke but shouldn't happen.

We’ve been going to Liberty Market some it opened. The to the restaurant are nice, but I wish they kept more of the original shopping carts.

A free weeks prior I met a friend for the cinnamon roll and luckily the waitress stated that sharing it was a good idea!

So when I went with my sister, I made sure we shared it!

I got the green chili and egg dish. I really liked it! But next time I’ll remember to ask for the eggs to be scrambled hard, they were a little too mushy for me.

My sister got the chilaquiles with chicken and said they are just as good as before!!

I love Liberty for the ambiance and comfy seats. You are not rushed and the staff knows their food!

Liberty Market is a great place to enjoy delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere!

The staff that helped us was very kind, helpful, and cheerful. They were also very attentive as well refilling our water multiple times and asking us how our meal was. We came at the tail end of lunch hours and everything we ordered (Mac and cheese, minestrone soup, power vegan bowl, and roast beef au jous) exceeded our already high expectations. We also ordered a giant cinnamon roll and carrot cake to go as we were too full to devour them on site, but they were too good to pass up. They were all so delicious when we had them after later that evening.

They have an open kitchen which is always a good sign to me of a well run and high-end restaurant. They also make all of their food from scratch including their dressings and marinades. Very fresh produce and thoughtful flavor and texture pairing in all of their dishes.

The decor was well done, especially in the restrooms! One had recipes and pictures of their food written on the walls (pictured). Another head posters in the art deco style of national parks.

Although we only had lunch there and not breakfast or dinner, if it's anything like their lunch dishes, I'm sure they're breakfast and dinner menus are equally amazing. It's a can't miss place for good eats and good times in Gilbert!

Excellent atmosphere, wonderful server, and fresh food. The homemade biscuit and jam were out of this world. Love the rich history and cozy booth feel. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Delightful restaurant in downtown Gilbert. The Salmon and Polenta was cooked to perfection. I’ve heard the breakfast is also excellent. Will definitely be returning when I am back in the area.

Last ate here 1 year ago and I remembered loving the food so we had to come back and bring family. We waited almost an hour for a table for 6 of us.. they were busy since it was very rainy and people were leaving the farmers market behind the restaurant.
As we waited on the chairs in the back area and watched the cooks...co-owner David came out to introduce himself. Such a nice guy and wonderful gesture! We enjoyed chatting with him and asking his favorite items. You could see the pride in the restaurant.
We love everything that we ordered: white pizza, elote pizza, biscuits and gravy, smothered breakfast Burrito (breakfast served til 1) and especially the jalapeno popper empanadas! The drinks were yummy as well: Espresso Martini and Gold Dust (bourbon drink)
We love this cute area of Gilbert and will definitely return again to Liberty.

Liberty Market is our go-to spot for Sunday breakfast. They offer a good menu with excellent coffee and good portions. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is good. As regulars, we particularly enjoy their chilaquiles, veggie scramble, and pancakes. Very Kid friendly and overall a place to recommend. I do recommend making a reservation otherwise you will wait a long time.

Excellent food & great atmosphere, especially on the patio light night in AZ! Bre was our waitress and she was very polite, helpful & came back regular to check on us! We ordered a lot from the menu and everything was great! They even waved and thanked us as we left! We’ll definitely be back a couple times a month for those Jalapeño Empanadas & Roast Beef w/dip, great ratio and the sauces are to die for. Only thing I would suggest for those who are diabetic and need the nutritional info like carb counts, that should be available at request. Otherwise still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for us!

Just had dinner here, in the heart of old town Gilbert. This place went through a remodel a year ago and this was my first time back since the remodel. They did a really nice job on the remodel, the ambience is nice and the decor is modern. The service was good and attentive.The food has always been really good at Liberty Market, but I will say since the new owners took over the prices seem a little high for what you get. The flatiron steak which is smothered in chimichurri sauce is the bomb diggity. The carrot cake was really good, but not give up on your diet great.

My husband and I decided to check out Liberty Market and we were so glad we did. We went for breakfast. The decor uniquely eclectic. The service was great. Our server Diane was helpful and very pleasant. The menu doesn't have as many choices, because every thing is made fresh to order. Everything we ordered was delicious. We have decided to go back to try dinner on our anniversary.

Been going to Liberty Market for over 12+ years now and it's our favorite restaurant in downtown Gilbert that is always consistently amazing. The food, drinks and dessert are always excellent!

Had a great meal, drinks and dessert. The chicken pasta was fantastic, highly recommend. The chicken parm was good, burrata appetizer was good, and so was the pretzel.

Drinks were great, we had the upper east side and the espresso martini.

Highly recommend the salt River bar.

The food was outstanding! We had the braised short ribs, the grilled salmon, the chicken Parm, and the flat iron steak. We would order each of the entrees again. Table was clean, servers were very attentive. The manager checked on us several times. The price was worth the quality and quantity of food we got. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back.
