Like most Apple Stores, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very well organized and superb layout. As with all Apple Stores, their products are out for customers to handle.

Just picked up a great new laptop. 10/10 service. Lots of workers. Approached me right away and offered advice on my new computer. Very nice people.

I loved being helped by James. He helped me shop from start to finish and introduced me to Apple Business. I came to this location because a Sales representative at another site treated me in a manner I do not tolerate or welcome. Apple Chestnut Street is a great store on a vibrant street. The only downside is parking can be a struggle. It took me about 13 minutes. 5/5 because I respect James. His help and services made my shopping experience at Apple fun. He has extensive comprehension and knowledge about Apple. He created space in time for me to get all my needs met. Thank you, James. God bless you 🥰☺

Fantastic customer service. I visited the Sunday after Black Friday and the store was quite busy. There were tons of personnel working - probably at least one for every three customers. Every time I had a question there was someone close by, and they were all very helpful and had a plethora of knowledge about Apple products. Apple could write the book on customer service.

💥 Staff was very helpful. Happily let me stay past close so that my new iPhone could finish set up.

***Tip: if you make a Genius Bar appointment and think that you might need to get a new phone as well—make both a Genius Bar appointment and a reservation to buy something. They’re different! Thankfully they found someone that had time to help me out just before close, but it would have been a pain to come back at a later date.

Came here about an hour before closing because my younger son's phone swelled up, mostly likely the battery. Young gentleman that works there, Jonathan was nice enough to help my son and I. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions, always maintaining a smile. He was a no pressure salesperson. He offered my son to take a look at their phone case selections. I honestly wish more businesses can train their employees like Apple. All and all, the pressure from the last minute purchase was minimal thanks to our Apple salesperson, Jonathan.

This Apple Store has been the same for years, no complaints. Reservations are recommended as Chestnut street has heavy foot-traffic.

Had a rough start buying the iPhone 11pro.
Had to wait for three hours to transfer data from my old phone and none of the technicians could help me out. And since it was 8pm and store closure time, I had to leave.
However, when I raised my concern it’s Daniel,
He was kind enough and patient enough to help me out and offer me a compensation.
The 5 stars are just for Daniel.

Great Service and very nice staff! They fixed my iPhone within an hour

I came in to get my phone screen repaired with Apple Care+ through my insurance I pay for monthly via t-mobile, but there was a little hiccup on T-Mobiles end that occurred over a year prior. Daniel, Mica, Wilson, and Connor all helped me out and worked together flawlessly to get the issue handled quickly & professionally. I couldn’t of been happier with their service. This will be Apple store of choice moving forward. Thanks again for all the help.

I was desperate for an appointment And decided to walk in and take a pulse. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. Perfect... needed to feed the meter which is the biggest problem in the marina.
No ...there was no parking at the one, singular, only parking garage.
Staff was brilliant efficient and quick. Parking is the only challenge at this fabulous store.

Had an appointment for 2:10, wasn’t seen until 3pm, I’m super busy so that sucked, but otherwise they were very helpful and the store is in a great location.

Always impressed with start at Apple. Which repairs were cheaper.

The guy that helped me was very nice. And when he couldn’t handle the problem he called Apple support for me and made sure that it was taken care of. Store reminds me of being stuck in a blade runner nightmare, but whatever. Walls look like cheap imitations of the work by Donald Judd but that’s just me. I don’t favor cold and sterile. But I did go into the Dyson show room recently and it looked like Apple’s but on steroids!

This is probably a better location to go to if you are looking to get a Genius Bar reservation to get help with your Apple devices, given that the one in Union Square is in a tourist area/location. I booked an appointment the day before and got assistance as soon as I walked inside the store.

If you're gonna go to an Apple store in San Francisco, I highly recommend this one.
They are never busy & therefore there are always tons of employees available to help.
There's also always tons of parking in the area & it's a safe neighborhood to park/walk in.

Jared is an amazing store manager. He went above and beyond helping me in the store today and am grateful for him pulling strings to get the best outcome possible. Thanks Jared!
