I rated this establishment a 5 Star Rating because of the outstanding service I received from the employee's that works at this fine establishment.This establishment is located in the heart of the Big Easy which you will experience how New Orleans is and to have panhandlers and people hanging around is normal for a New Orleanian, so don't be shy! Discount City is a very safe place to do business at! From 12am till 10am, breakfast is served. If your looking for down home new orlean style breakfast and very cheap, thats right...the cheapest place in New Orleans to get "BreakFast"!I highly recommend this establishment to all my followers and family and friends!

Nikki, Nana, & Slim are some of the best cooks in NOLA. Let me tell you they have the best Fish & Grits bar none! And those smothered potatoes, OMG!...We went there one night after the club to eat and the food was so good we slept like babys and dreamed about that damn food it was so good to our soul. We went back the next day for more and bout 4 plates extra for our drive back home to Houston. My God that was the best eating this side of heaven. I'm just saying. If you want good down home real southern breakfast and creole cuisine this lil' hole in the wall down in the hood is where it's at. You want be disappointed. I took my 15 passenger van to fill up and I waited, no exaggeration, 15min from when I started to when I finished. It is ridiculously slow and even the locals do not like this place. Find another place to fuel. *AVOID*
