The sales associates are awesome when your buying something. However it seems they might have personal feelings towards someone who might need to return their purchases. I understand that the job is requiring that they impose the policies. It’s just a little strange why they can’t get over the whole attitude problem just because they have to say no. I know what it’s like when I have to say no to someone.
Besides that I have a great time when I go to Macy’s. They always have some amazing sale going on.

I placed an order and tried to return it to the store. During the process Alexis helped me with my return. She went above and beyond to assist me! If there are any recognitions please share my appreciation to her! Thank you for your kindness! Have a merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Great store! Affordable prices, quality products. Had to find a dress on a very short notice and with very little time, 3rd floor in Macy’s On Friars is absolutely perfect! Different options and very good quality. It was little disappointing since the staff were not immediately available when needed so after trying several dresses had to go back to the floor to get another size which is not very convenient and some dresses were sized oddly enough where you need to go and get smaller/larger and I was shopping by myself so if you go with someone-not a big deal, you can get assistance from your friend/family member but if you’re alone be ready to do several trips to the changing room (you’re allowed to take 6 items max). Other than that this is perfect store for dresses for a special occasion that will not cost you an arm 😀 Will be definitely returning!

Joe, the manager I think, was particularly helpful to clean up a messy transaction that was my mess, not theirs. He made sure we got the right items after having to return to the store at least twice.

Macy's daycation! Wonderful. Summer, new styles, great card coupons and love the sales plus clearance. Something for the whole family and the help are so sweet. A great USA experience. Let's pray it stays safe and open.

There was a major sale on Michael Korr items. They flew out of the store. I missed out on getting dome boots. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

We give five stars to Betty in the Jewelry Department for her positive attitude and helping us achieve our mission.... You see, Mark and Patty met on Valentine's Day in 1982 and Mark wanted to find a heart with 40 gems in it as an anniversary gift. After hoofing around all the jewelry shops and kiosks at Fletcher Parkway and Grossmont Center and encountering lackluster sales clerks, we went into the Macy's, met Betty, and explained our situation. She found a beautiful heart pendant with 20 gems and suggested we get two and make earrings out of them. The price was amazing (we both love a deal!) and mission was accomplished thanks to Betty.

We observed by the way she spoke with fellow staff and customers (asked a staff member to help a customer who had patiently been waiting to look at something in the case for his wife) that Betty can and should be a Store Manager, as long as it comes with a raise. Thank you so much, Betty!

This is one of the best Macy's in town. I love how the men's department is on a separate floor than the women.

This was my first time coming to this Macy's near San Diego. Wow! Very nice little location in a good shopping mall and the employee in the jewelry department attended us really well. I didn't get her name but she was very courteous and friendly making this a good experience here at this Macy's. Had a great sale as well on a watch I was inquiring about. Overall great experience.

Usually I don't like this store but since the COVID-19 we don't have many options I decided to visit it. I found some good prices and buy clothes for my daughter and me.

Nice and cool on a hot day. Like it because it's simply designed and not cluttered. Easy on the eyes. Customer service was great today handling a return.

Very clean and organized. Not many people inside. Waited in line about ten minutes. Friendly associates. Online ordering pickup took about 5 minutes to wait in line. They're also an option for curbside pickup however they the Macy's app.

Albert in the men’s section was helpful, pleasant, and wasn’t pushy but did offer me all the Macys credit/store program things.

I bought a long gray coat and two other items and his customer service was very pleasant. I appreciate the good service during the holidays!

(Conclusion, if doing a return bring all recipes and cards you pay with because some employee want to help and others have bad attitudes with us. But Christine was AMAZING! ❤)

I went with my sister in law to macys, I usually never buy anything, however macys had a 15%off sale on Sunday and bought two perfumes a Tiffany and a Marc Jacob, upon arriving to my house the Tiffany was half empty and a bit leaking. The other was fine, so the next day I got off from work at 5 and went to return them, since the new Marc Jacob perfume does not last more than a few hours. And Tiffany was damaged. Upon arriving there was a lady who tried to help us and she was really trying, she needed help and another teammate came to help her but was not helpful kept on treating her bad and made ugly faces. And didn’t wanna deal with returning 251.34 so she wanted to give me credit to the store but my purchase was only 3 days and I had the receipt. I forgot my card to return 51.34 and I told them I would come back tomorrow. And I just did the return full on and christine employee number 71981423 was the BEST EMPLOYEE ever ! She’s so sweet and very helpful. She listens to you and understands because there’s a difference when u try to explain the issue and they don’t understand but this employee is the best. I complimented her. And I hope she is treated as good as she treats her customers. Amazing ! The other teammates just bring each other down and place excuses. Love her !

Very organized managed departmental store having variety of branded items always on special discount for members and general customers.Garments,shoes, jewelry and cosmetics plus house hold items are being sold on Black Friday discounts.

Today just now I received fabulous help from Mr Joe & Ms Yana Their Located in the Macys jewelry department!!! Thanks for the help you two!!! I truly appreciate it!!! You Two Rock!!!!! Thanks Macys for employing TWO Awesome Employees!!!!! I purchased two ties today with them!!!!

Macy's at the fashion show mall is the the place to shop and find good bargains friendly service love it here

🙈 I didn't get her name but the lady that assisted us in fragrance dept. Did an amazing job. She took the time to show us and let us test many of colognes until my son was happy with the 1 he chose. 👏👏👏 great customer service!

Star at the Clinque booth was incredibly helpful. She helped me find a scent I really liked after finding all the perfumes. She helped me find the best deal & made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend working with her!
