Target

A week ago I went to Target looking for a container for my kitchen to put on my counter square for chips and snacks. Found what I was looking for. I also found in the Halloween section a really cool skeleton vampire that talked I had to buy it. And of course I found some other goodies at Target. People who work there are always so friendly love that store.

This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.

Target is amazing. Quality products, good selection, great prices. Lots of employees to help find what you're wanting to buy.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with my visit to this Target today. Every employee that I encountered from the Starbucks counter to on the floor to check out… was so polite and kind! Everyone working this morning definitely deserves recognition! The employees seem happy and work well together. Good job Target at Grossmont Center!

Always enjoy shopping at Target. I didn't know there were more gift cards upstairs as I was trying to skip the longer lines upstairs!

My recent experience with picking up my online order was 100% customer satisfaction. Great customer service and fast with a smile. I love when I walk in a store and I am greeted with a smile makes my day otherwise I would walk back out. Great job Target.

Always enjoyed my purchases. Gabriel in the tech department at grossmont was very helpful with my Nintendo switch purchase. I should have done my research on it before I bought it but when I returned it the next day they were very helpful and I had no problems with the return.

Great experience! Grateful to all the target employees working. They did a fantastic job. I was there less than 10 minutes for a last minute gift. I ordered a Google chromecast on the target website. It was ready in less than 2 hours. Pick up was smooth. Great team. I sincerely appreciate their effort. Very friendly staff and efficient. I hope they get a raise. Peace.

I am recovering from a fractured ankle and haven't been able to shop in the store for quite a while. I really appreciate how you had the battery carts on the first level for my use. I also appreciate the kindness of the cashier who helped me to better understand the Target app. It's even better to know that you have such awesome security and loss prevention in your store. Some really shady people come into your store, and it's refreshing to know that you are on top of these issues.

I usually go here in the mornings when they first open, store is clean and employees are friendly. I haven't been here during busy hours so I don't know how busy it gets. Overall a great shopping experience at this Target.

Has most of what I need, it's usually organized, and fairly priced.

My online order and in-store pickup was amazing. It was so convenient because the app's search feature was excellent and made finding each item on my list easily. I didn't know if all school supplies would be out of stock but I was able to check and purchase during a time in which I could not go to the store. Later in the day when I had some free-time, instead of searching for each item, it was ready for me to pick up which saved me a ton of time. Thank you!!

I cannot get over how incredibly nice the Customer Service staff are at this target just super friendly and helpful officially my favorite target store!!
Especially a girl named Alex at the Customer Service center, she went out of her way to help me with an item I was trying to get calling a few stores and being put on hold for me, And while eating I had a lovely conversation with Allison and the manager there is also so nice I did not get her name! also I check out another lovely staff member helped me with baby formula prices!

Grossmont location is always clean and tidy. Security and whoever works the front always greets me and is very welcoming. It can be hard to locate a store employee at times (most Targets are because they're huge) but once you find one, they're extremely helpful. Grateful this location is so close to my home.

I was in need of a new car charger for my phone. The clerk helped me choose the one for my phone and was kind and very helpful.
He also was friendly and knew the products available for my situation.
He stopped what he was doing to assist me. Most times you get someone who just points in a direction and doesn't even move.

I used the app to make sure the things I wanted were there, and they were. That was excellent. Also, Target has employees cleaning shopping carts and the self check-out registers after each use. That is wonderful and great work during the pandemic. Thank you for keeping everybody safe.

Found some amazing smelling car fresheners there today!!

Love the in-store pickup options but also love the in-store shopping experience at my local location as the employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and gracious. I appreciate that I'm never rushed in the fitting room as I have hand issues that make navigating buttons, etc. a slow process for me. Also, the fitting rooms are so much cleaner than any fitting rooms in similar stores or even other Target locations near me.

I would like to give a huge shout-out to one of the associates that is working at Target, Grossmont location, named Magnet. She is showing positive energy to Target’s customers. The target team is lucky to have Magnet which has an outstanding attitude and behavior. If I can give her more than 5 stars, dentally I will do that! Thank you for the super service.
