Walmart

A special note to Walmart Grossmont Management. I selected cash back in self- checkout and forgot to take the cash! I realized it 30 minutes later when I went to use the cash. I went back to the store and the staff member, Miss Mary T. recognized me right away and retrieved the cash she put aside in the drawer! It is so refreshing to know there are still employees out there with true integrity, professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Mary T. !!

Very nice Walmart. It is a 2 story and has an elevator and escalator. Sees to have everything you need. Also is freeway close to I-8

I love that the items I am looking for are usually in sufficient quantities that I can get as many as I need most of the time. I have to admit that I have never personally found any consumables past the expiration date. This is vitally important to me, as I have found issues at other places that have similar groceries for sale.

This specific Walmart Store offers a large section of gluten free items. In addition the young lady that is at the door every morning Always has a very pleasant smile and hello for all guest walking in . The store opens at 6 am and despite that early opening, when most people are still grouchy😁 but the entire staff is always pleasant and even at time playful.
I highly recommend the store

I had a 5 star experience with customer service representatives Shannon, Wanda, and Gabby... I was putting together a belated graduation gift and I needed singles and 5's. I figured I would go register to register until I had what I neeeded. First I did a return and I mentioned my plan and if there was any chance they could save me... they did. It was end of the night and often they just can't do the change thing but they were able to and to think I almost didn't ask. They were professional and had fun with me, and also expressing they can't typically do this but I was there at closing last night (I really wait till
The last minute lol).

Anyway, thank you for making a special girls gift complete..... without all the hassle. i appreciate you three and how you made it fun instead of the stress I was expecting..

As far as the physical store, it's clean, well organized, well stocked. The customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced at a Walmart. From service in the floor to the assistance at self check out.

The appeal to this walmart is that it's 2 stories. Sure are a lot of interesting individuals here tho

I found everything I was looking for at great prices. Favorite purchase was.... Theraflu! It's the greatest for colds and flu symptoms. Served like a hot tea. If there was a t-shirt that said, "Theraflu," I'd wear it! I'd even wear a t-shirt that said, "Walmart!"

I liked the service at the cosmetics & shampoo check out. There was a line, but the woman was very fast! 👏🏼 Checking out at the front was also fast. There's plenty of check out isles.

The best Walmart I've been too in San Diego by far!!!

It's two stories, that includes escalators and elevators. Multiple entrances for convenient ingress and egress no matter where you park. The lay out is much different than any Walmart I've been too which made the experience a little harder to find items but somehow more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and happy demeanors. The items seemed to be a little better stocked and quality than other Wally worlds.

Definitely recommend if you're not happy with your current Wally World.

Went with my daughter. It's a nice store very big.

I normally walk the store to find what I need but this time I opted to do Walmart online with pick up at the store. I normally do not like this store because it's old, not laid out well & doesn't always have everything what I'm looking. But this time doing Walmart online and pick up; it was a breeze. So easy & I didn't have to search for things. It was really, really great!

They always have what I need, this is a super Walmart, with everything grocery's to electronics to automotive. Check them out even if you don't need anything it's a nice place to browse around!

Cool so I go through self-serve for one item by the way only store that I know of that gives back up to a cash back of $100

Shout out today to Sandy at the front door! I am mobility challenged and when she saw me struggling to walk to the door, she brought a scooter chair outside to meet me. She greeted me with a smile and was more than happy to help when I came inside and also when I was leaving. She is a great asset to your team!

Another shout out to Laurie at the front door too! Laurie always greets you with a smile and asks how you are doing. And she genuinely listens when you tell her! She is more than helpful and another great asset to your team!

One of the most clean and ordered Walmart I've been too. The only thing that I didn't like was that the side of the store that I parked, the cashiers close at 9pm

Carried some fruit and the lunch meat I eat, 30wt oil, oil filter and had a deal on winter cereal so everything was cheaper and better than expected.

I found three nice t-shirts in colors I liked and a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly, in black, which I wanted. The only thing I didn't find was straight skirts. Not sure if they are not popular or Walmart just doesn't carry them. I will have to look elsewhere. The sales clerks were really helpful and nice to me. It's refreshing to go somewhere and have people go out of their way to help you. I will shop here again.

Clean, organized, great help from all the employees when asked. Especially the clean and well organized part!
