Big Lots

Recently went to big lots after not going for years and the cashier was very friendly and had a great attitude as all cashiers should have. Didn't get her name but it was Nov 7 evening time.

They carry the chili mix my mom loves and lots of good deals on household items, grocery and clothing

ooo yesss we found alot of pokwmon things in this store and last time we whent i found $34 in the ground jijijiji that was supper and i love that they are always supper nice to everyone..i always make sure that i put rhe cart back they have sooo manny great things here evwryone should go visit them..they just did a remodle inside soo they made it way better alot of Disney things alot of things really sheap..they sale fast..

Well tonight my son and I walked to BB Big Lot's and John our cashier was amazing,, excellent customer service, great job thanks again. My son loves the earphones; and to the petty lady running all over for answering all my questions we can't wait to build our Hershey's Gingerbread House.

Great place to shop because you can find deals there. Bought a family size box of cearel for a $1. 99 the outside chairs are sometimes 50% off when they are clearing out the stock peanut butter you can get cheap 2 bottles together in a plastic wrap. Workers are always polite.

This location is always clean and well stocked. There's also plenty of parking. I prefer this location.

I shop here often for my home goods and it’s always a wait in line but when the lovely Employee Adriana is there she always speeds things up and is so patient with me and my coupons . A great attitude even when under pressure

We went for Christmas decorations & they had so much to choose from.

It's always a nice experience. The store is always very clean and there is ample parking.

Very neat and organized store with friendly employees. They had exactly what I needed (muffin pan) and had been looking for all day.

Love this store. Always find what I'm looking for. The people are so awesome. They greet you when you walk in the door which is a nice touch and makes you feel welcome. Shaina one of the cashier's is so nice and friendly.

I'm a type 1 diabetic; I was in line with 2 people a head of me, my blood sugar was Very Low & I asked one of the employee's if I could set my things down so I could look for my glucose tabs in my purse. She was extremely helpful, asking if I needed to sit down, then opened up a cash register to check me out & made sure I was alright before leaving the store. I was extremely impressed with the care & concern I was shown.

Their parking lot is huge and inside is very clean and well-kept. They welcome you Into the Store. They also have financing on beds and furniture from my understanding. Also when you're done shopping you can get yourself up a pizza from Little Caesars or go across the street to Jack In The Box.

Tonight, I went to the La Mesa Big Lots, and I have to inform that cashier Keith tended me with a courteous hello and asked me if I found everything all right, and I politely said yes. I felt welcome and comfortable at this store more than the other Big Lots at Spring Valley due to Keith's great attitude at the register. I really appreciate Keith's presence, and I want to recognize him for his outstanding customer service. Keep up the hard work and courteous attitude. You rock, Keith!

This is always a reliable go-to store for cheap goodies, home goods and even Christmas and seasonal stuffs! The best retail still around next to what K-Mart offers. Would definitely recommend to a friend. It's exactly what you think it is. Five stars from me <3

Staff are friendly and welcoming as soon as you come in the store. "Welcome to Big Lots" is the the first thing I hear as I walk through the double doors--all while the same person is scanning and attending to another customer at the register.
Staff go out of their way to help you get the lowest price. They had to call for another register to open JUST to finish helping my husband and I get the best out of our buck
Prices are very fair. They have some quality items, such as Red Mill, La Croix, and even Nature's Path. It is my go to store.

Maybe I just haven't had a bad experience yet, but I go to Big Lots in La Mesa probably twice a week. Maybe I am just treated differently than those who are not "regulars." I have my Big Lots Rewards key chain card attached to my car keys, so I make sure they scan the card with every visit. If you do this with every purchase, you do not need to keep your receipt. I returned an item the other day without my receipt and told them to scan my card. The purchase appeared on their computer. They gave me a refund. Of course, I try to keep receipts but at Big Lots it makes sense to scan my card "just in case." At Christmas, I was looking for a particular tree holder. I couldn't find it. The cashier had someone check and they couldn't find one. Then she said let me search for you myself. She did a thorough search of the store. I told her that it wasn't necessary. But she did and when she couldn't find it she offered to have someone call a larger store in Sports Arena area. I said, "No that is too far a drive but thank you for searching for me." I know every visit may not be the best. People are not always at their best. But so far, I have had a good experience.

If you're looking for really good stocking stuffer gifts or items for the office party raffle, this is the place to go. I usually buy items for $20 or under which are significant. Everyone really enjoys winning a prize. They also have really good gag gifts. Buy early in December as they run out of these items.

Love this Big Lot's as it is always clean and orderly. They have changed the layout, so I am still trying to remember where everything is. They have good prices, especially on staple items, and household goods.
