Accessibility: there is a (small) drive through as well handicap parking in front of the store. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, and the door to enter is a pull door.

Experience: I went through the drive through at 7:40 AM on a Thursday and it only took about 2-3 minutes from start to finish! Super fast service, really nice employees, and great food/drinks.

It's always super quick. Even when it's crazy busy I never spend more than 6 or 7 minutes in the drive-through. They are always super nice and make my coffee perfect every time! Sophie and Melissa are amazing!! 👏 💖 There is also a new person and I haven't gotten her name yet. She's awesome too!!

I love this location, super friendly staff and my drink is always so freaking good

These kind folks not only made my delicious coffee with a smile, but after I dropped it all in the parking lot without even taking a sip they replaced it and put a cute heart on top of it.

My favorite Starbucks location!! Always friendly, always charitable, always exceptional care & outstanding service. I was short some change for a big order during a busy peak time for their business, Paul, on of their managers spotted me the difference, and his kindness made All the difference in my day. In this world it seems at times there's a shortage of kindness, this location always seems to have an abundance of kindness and joy! Thank you dear neighborhood barista friends!!

Had to asked young man working for his wifi to used for my grandson school, he's very nice, we appreciate him.

Great location and staff was very nice and helpful. We mobile ordered and when we arrived our drinks were ready to go. They were good, one thing we love about Starbucks is everything is usually consistent. Our usuals always taste the same. Sometimes you go somewhere and the same drink always tastes different. The employees were very welcoming and say hello and asked how we were. Great way to end the work day for sure

Starbucks is my daily indulgence!! It makes it really nice when I’m greeted with such a welcoming voice on the other side of the drive-thru. I frequent this Starbucks due to its hours and accessibility due to the fact I work random hours. It’s nice when I hear Sophia on the intercom. She is such a nice person and seems so genuine. I know that Starbucks is always busy and has tons of customers. But some how she remembers my drink and my name just by my voice. That’s outstanding! She’s definitely a great employee to have.

The drive through was super speedy today! This is a busy location and the drive through is always packed but today there was an employee outside taking orders and I was in and out in no time!

Decent coffee, nice staff. Just passing through.

The people and staff there are Amazing!!! Love getting daily iced matcha tea latte there; always sending me off to start my day with a smile and great vibes!!! Shout out to my neighborhood STARBUCKS!!!

Very clean, well-run establishment. Folk that work here are friendly and generally pleasant to interact with. Service is quick and the end products are excellent.
Can be a bit busy (as Starbucks locations tend to be) so it's never a bad idea to send in a mobile order so you can park and run in.

I always feel a little better when I get something sweet & a hot or cold drink at Starbucks. It's even better when I'm driving thru to pick up something sweet & a drink for two. That means I'm going to visit my favorite man.

I enjoyed the welcoming friendliness of the baristas at this location. The manager was very apologetic that the side doors were still locked from the early morning. A+ experience at this location. Oh, good Motown tunes playing also!

The folks at this location are always friendly and efficient. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and even with a long line the wait is never very long. My hours are sometimes unpredictable so I really appreciate that their drive thru is open 24 hrs.

Also they are amazingly professional even when Karens come through and get mad when their wrap isn’t heated PRECISELY as hot as it should be

Bravo to the drive thru because they get orders done so quick. The line is long but doesn't take forever. I even had a last minute add on and the request was accommodated. My favorite drink is a latte and for food I get the cheese Danish or egg white spinach wrap.

This drive-thru Starbucks is conveniently located near Hwy 8 at the Fairmont Ave/Mission Gorge Rd exit. It's off Camino Del Rio North. I like to stop by this location to get coffee before entering the adjacent Soapy Joe's Car Wash behind the gas station, when I'm in the area. Customer Service here is excellent, the coffee is always hot and orders are made quick and accurately.

Okay...so I've been spending large quantities of time at this location....and for very long spurts I observe the barista's greet guests by name and shower them with genuine hospitality and friendship. Very difficult to communicate, however of all the SB joints I've patronized I must say this is the cleanest (bathroom's, Cafe, patio) most welcoming location BAR NONE.
