I am giving Albertsons five stars because the nicest people shop here that bought lots of Girl Scout cookies. And lots of people donated money to operation thin mint which is very generous. Also lots of people were happy to talk about Girl scouts and boy scouts which is always nice. Great neighborhood store and I hope you shop here.

Quickly brought out another checker as the line formed towards a single open lane speeding my exit.

I want to extend my thanks to the manager who was on duty around 9 PM this evening. Extremely courteous, helped me in the bakery when it was shorthanded and just genuinely demonstrated great customer service.

Never thought I'd find myself reviewing Albertson's, but I have to give John credit where it is due. John has provided exceptional service with every interaction we've had. Annie is also amazing. This is a great place with even greater people behind it. Many thanks!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The costs are similar to my local grocery store so I don't mind it too much, if you sign up with your number you'll get additional savings. This place also accepts wic and EBT if you use any of those. I've never had a problem with quality of food and the self checkout is normally a little faster if you're in a rush.

This by far is my favorite grocery store to shop. The aisles are easily shoppable, parking is easy-in, easy-out, and the staff are always courteous and professional making it the most convenient and friendliest that I have come across in the retail industry. I have never encountered any issues with their team and in my opinion they are a true example of what your neighborhood market should be. That's why they deserve 5 stars from me.

This is possibly the friendliest supermarket in El Cajon! In addition to being open later than most in the neighborhood (11 or 12 am) I have had staff go out of their way to assist me, from locating a hard to find item to saving me a few dollars by suggestion of comparable produce. And they allowed me to shop after hours and even let me out of locked doors!

The staff saved me! I feel like an idiot. I left my black cell phone in the black shopping cart. I distinctly recall telling myself not to forget this. Black on Black, I need my phone back!! But sure nuf I did I got as far as the traffic light and turned around in panic mode.. Carts were retrieved and placed at the entry. I looked thru those but no joy! I Asked in the store. Nothing. I went home waited and called. Nada! Long story short the marvelous staff called about an hour later and said Hey we found your phone. Joy Joy Joy. I did the happy dog dance and rushed back to the store. This has always been my preferred Alberts (more so now) and its due to the always helpful staff. Bless you, all. Old Dog Happy Now!!! Yay and keep up the great work!! Thanks again!!!

Always good experience. Always maintained clean(even during rain storm), bright and well stocked. Great variety. Great service . Observe and enforce pandemic rules.. One complaint. On a very wet rainy, day, they only offered paper bags , two of which broke (& fell in puddles) before getting them home.

The employees are really helpful and the store is well organized. I was running around because I had to send a check before getting to work; the staff helped me achieve it! From helping me find the envelopes in aisle 12 to explaining where the post office was, I wouldn't have made it without their excellent customer service.

Although there was a glitch and it appeared that another review for another business was posted here....I wanted to be clear and say I have shopped here for years and will continue to. Employees are always kind and offering assistance both in aisles and frontend and this store in particular is always stocked with nice full shelves.

Super nice employees, always helpful and willing to get help if employee cannot answer your question. Last night I asked an employee, who I at first did not realize worked in the pharmacy a question about the meat department, and she tried to help and then checked with another employee to be able to answer my question. 👍👍

love this albertson they have everything you need employees are always helpful they have my beer always in stock. parking is not an issue plenty the line to check out are always quick . vegetables are fresh liquor plenty to choose from.

You know, I did a review on this particular location having an Astonishing Staff and the Mall somehow got credit- which it should, however this Albertsons has such a genuinely cordial, helpful, and overall dynamic staff of employees that it completely blows my mind that this quality is effortlessly demonstrated by every single employee there!! As I appreciate the opportunity to not only share this, I always look forward to our next return! 5x5 stars!!!! Entire Crew

Great place for the Jedi or Sith Lord shopper who wants to get in and out like a Dagobah mosquito without getting slapped. I usually avoid the mindless droid of the self check out and go right to register four where the force is strong with the dreaded Sith mistress Annie. I purchased hamburger buns for the imperial stormtroopers cook out and being the dark lord of inappropriate humor as well as the dark lord of the Sith, I asked her if she thought my buns were nice. Unfazed by my use of the dark side of the force, she told me I had “great buns!” It was like being a padawan again thank you Annie!

Went to this store to do a shop and deliver order for an Uber customer. Good grocery store easy to find items

Albertsons always seems to have the things that you need sure it might be more expensive than other places but then sometimes it's less expensive to. It has handicap parking is handicap accessible and very good place to go shopping at. And yes I will go back many many more times to come!
