AT&T Store

Was assisted by Bryce. Fantastically helpful, kind and patient. Explained terms and fees associated with my upgrade as to better familiarize me preemptively with what my next bill would look like so as to avoid nasty surprises. Sincerely appreciate the attention to detail as well as the human aspect you provide. Will absolutely be coming here for future upgrades and assistance!

Trent was phenomenal. I came in with a question about a hardware issue. He identified the problem and quickly developed a solution. The end result was not only getting a new phone, but also adding an additional line for my child and getting her a phone as well. He already had the perfect phone picked out for her. Overall my bill actually went down after all the additions because he identified discounts I was available for. Trent took the time to treat me like a person, properly identified my needs and came up with a solution that saves me money. 10/10 would recommend.

Once again I was treated great and listened to. I was given plenty of options and Trent helped me move my information and pictures over to my new phone right then and there. I left knowing I had the right phone, plan and store for me!

I visited the store on Gateway, in Springfield, OR., yesterday. I was there to get help transferring to my new phone. I am elderly and not tech savvy. Trent greeted me upon entering, he was helping a customer, said he would be right with me, which he was. Trent not only helped me, but he also helped another 3 or 4 customers, with a courtesy and professionalism that was impressive. He was manning the floor by himself. I came away feeling very happy and satisfied. I told my friend I think they should give this young man a raise and hang on to him. Lol

Came in to do a simple switch of services and left with the biggest smile on my face. Trent was able to help me out with ease and was able to show me deals I never even heard of. My girlfriend and I were able to leave the store with our services switched and brand new phones with no money extra and none down. Trent was also able to help us get new cases and screen covers with free accessories to our new phones. Thanks for help! Great service!

Was Passing ththough town and had a phone issue. I stop by really quick and they were able to help me out. Crack a couple jokes and all around great customer service.

I visited this Gateway store front immediately after leaving the Coburg store due to the worst customer service I had ever seen (You can find my google review of the Gateway store- search for a 1 star).

Needless to say, I wasn't expecting stellar service. I was so PLEASANTLY surprised!!! All associates and management exceeded my expectations - a rare feat for retail these days. I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked how I could be helped. I shared what I needed (a new line added for my daughter; no phone needed as a friend gave me one that was still new). He asked about the type of usage my daughter would need, shared the excitement he had when he got his first phone, and was very friendly throughout the conversation. He walked me through exactly how my plan would be impacted and what my options were if I wanted to upgrade the phone at a later date.

Very knowledgeable. Very clear. Was helpful when I needed clarification.

I would highly recommend this store - they value customer service. I saw 3 associates working with a similarly friendly demeanor. Even if there is a line, it will be worth the wait vs. what you can expect at the Coburg store.

I had a great experience at the store, Ethan helped me a lot in fixing my information as well as setting up the plan. He was so professional, kind, and has a great personality!

Christian was simply a delight and willing to show some true customer service skills, an ability lost on most people today. His cohort that was with him that night was also a fountain of knowledge when it cam to all the technical voodoo that comes with cell phone plans. They treated me with the respect due to customers and get top marks in all areas of customer service. Short of a courtesy lift from home to store they were some of the best sales associates I've had the pleasure of entertaining with my antics and quips. And as a stand up comedian, no one understands this better than.....well....my mother..not me she's the one that's suffered and survived 33 of my 43 years of pranks, jokes and keystone shenanigans. Thanks for the help.

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store on Tuesday October 4th. Kyle who is the store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience with the new promotion of trading in my old phone for the new iPhone 14 fun! Thank you Kyle.

Christian immediately helped me as I frantically walked into the store 30 minutes before closing. He was patient and professional and explained my options clearly so I felt confident purchasing a phone that night. Very pleased with my experience!

These guys took their time to help out my Grandmother. They walked her through each setup of her device and were so friendly! Highly recommend this store as well as the Redmond Oregon store if you are ever in central Oregon!

Excellent Customer Service!! Best store around. Luis greeted us upon arriving while helping two customers at once! There were 6 of us waiting, but Luis was so wonderful making sure everyone was acknowledged and apologized for the wait. Trace assisted us and was very polite and professional. We will Definitely return to this store every time. Both of these young men should be recognized for their superior customer service.

This is hands down THE best AT&T store I have been to. Very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and easygoing staff. Not only did I get quick and easy help ordering my sons new phone, but Ezra went above and beyond in all areas of service. He also helped with the set up once arrived. Myself and my son both highly recommend this location for all your ATT needs. Thanks to all the staff and whoever trains them!
