JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Went in for Halloween decorations. Love their selections. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of everything, but I took pictures of what stood out.

I love their bead section! It's really awesome!!

Went there just to look around and found a few things I decided to buy. Short and pleasant conversation with the cashier. Don't know her name and sorry for wording it this way, she was a little older from the 2 that were there...very nice lady. Will go back soon to shop more.

Really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff members.
Great selection of various supplies and items.
Prices are a little more than internet, etc., but overhead on brick and mortar businesses isn’t cheap. Besides, if you need to return unopened items (except for sewing machines and Crickets, etc.)
they are very accommodating.
I recommend at least checking them out.

I've been shopping at Jo-Ann stores for over a decade, but I've only been going to this location for about a year. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they have a great selection, as well as being very clean and organized! There is another Jo-Ann in Springfield but I would recommend this location over that one if you have an option-- it's a bit tidier and larger and therefore has a larger selection of supplies.

We'll, I gotta say...
JOANN'S customer service was outstanding!! The woman there, went out of there way to make me feel like I was a real customer, and wanted to be as helpful as posible. The store was clean, nice selection of fabric and arts, they are a little overpriced, but that's not going to keep me from going back. This day and age, I all about customer service and you don't find it anymore. So that's why I give them a 👍lol.

My son turned 7 today and wanted to go to the fabric store. He had blue balloons with him and all the staff were super friendly and wished him a happy birthday. Made him feel special which is extra important this year since we couldn't have a party. We rarely go anywhere these days so it was wonderful to have such a positive experience.

Wonderful, efficient staff. Great quilting cotton for my mask making business. Always a bargain with their app!

Was looking into getting into a new hobby, and one of the ladies there went above and beyond helping me. She helped me figure out how much thread I was going to need for a rather large project, and was determined to help find the answer. She was amazing. Didn't get her name, but she had reddish blond hair. Thanks so much for the help!!

One of my favorite crafting stores to shop at! Do go there occasionally to buy tumblers, Cricuts, fabrics, craft projects, and many more! There are 2 Joann's stores in Springfield and Eugene areas. Shopping there is always a wonderfully pleasant experience!

The staff are great and very helpful. One of my favorite places to go. Thank you to everyone that works there to make Joann's what it is. A fun place to be.

I really enjoy going in to Joann's. I have to admit that I kind of forget about it when it comes to home decor (I'm not a sewer, but a decorator). But they have GREAT home decor items and GREAT sales and GREAT coupons!! I will definitely be popping in more often, on a regular basis and it's near my house!

Always love a good joann's visit. I do wish the fabrics were easier labeled and more detail on the types and purposes, etc. The whole store could actually use more information on their products

They almost always have a coupon on their website or app! Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They stay true to the name with their selections of fabrics but they also have a pretty good selection of beads and some crafting tools.

I always get lost in this store! They always have great coupons either online or if you get the ap. Don't ever pay rang up price without checking first iv saved lots.

Layout and selection here is much better than at others I've been to in other states. Yarn selection is always stocked and the staff is very friendly. I appreciated their following of covid protocols and ease of completing my transaction using my Joann Fabrics App.

Joann’s is a great place to go if you are looking for sewing, quilting, beading, home decor, wedding decor, baking supplies, yarn crafts, or kids crafts. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, and well laid out so things are easy to find. Also there is a classroom area and a lot of great classes scheduled. Sewing, quilting, knitting and crochet classes are available. They have done cake decorating classes in the past as well. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience.

Great customer service always. Been going here the past year for supplies and crafts. I love how many coupons they ALWAYS have available. I always get a discounted price whenever I go shopping there. Always saving money. Love how many things they have. Jo-Ann has had what I've needed for all my projects.

The customer service here was great. Jamie in fabrics helped me find my fabric through the system because there was no price. She really went out of her way for us. Nicole's customer service at the register was fast, efficient, and with a smile

I asked the sales associate at the cutting area for help with a zipper repair. She went above and beyond in locating what I needed and giving me some sound advice. Much appreciated service!
