A little bit of almost everything, really nice experience!

My go to department store. Employees always helpful. Nice that there's a small grocery to grab most used items.

I shop here quite often and never had a problem. Good customer service and decent prices.

My target today was to relieve a sore throat. A bag of cough drops and a Vicks DayQuil cough syrup did the trick. I feel better already.

Had what i needed thank you :) and some card sets come with a cute little pin. So gonna put these on my hats :)

Always love they always have unsweetened tea & cleaning supplies.

As a former Target employee from another store in a different state, the HR Rep was so helpful and kind in helping me find the correct information I needed for my taxes. She took the time to help me despite the fact I was not her former employee.

One of the nicest Target’s I’ve been to. Store was very clean and well stocked. Great selection of fresh produce, as well as a good selection of frozen items as well. Best place for back to school shopping. Our favorite place to grab Starbucks and browse!

Not too crowded! Got what I needed and was on my way! Good floor coverage and they had extra staff facing their respective departments. Which is always “nice” to see. Thank you for having what I needed in stock!

Who cares about the customer service, target has the best products. All their clothes are quality materials that feel great and look good a classy. They have the best shower curtains. And their toy selection beats all other retail stores. Definitely the has the best products of any retail store out there and worth their slightly higher prices. Employees are always kind and helpful to

Always like coming to my Target. Staff is extra nice, the products are always good, and it's good to shop, pick up my prescription all at the same time. Target is family friendly, and the staff are always there to help.

I did a drive up order here. Actually, I had two separate drive up orders. When I arrived, there was no one parked in the order pickup spots. Shortly after announcing my arrival in their app, there were several other cars that pulled it. I had to wait about 5-7 minutes before someone finally came out with my order but, they DID have both orders, which I was kind of worried about. The gal was very friendly. I very much love Target’s app and order pickup options! It’s so convenient and saves me from spending way more than intended, most of the time! 😁

No matter how busy the store is I always find someone to help. I also appreciate the person at the carts keeping them clean and ready. As I am shopping, there is always someone on the floor who can answer questions or help me find an item. I only wish I lived closer to this Target and I would shop there more often.

This Target location has great staff, it is a very clean and well stocked store. I spend way too much time and money here because it is just so much better than the other options in the area!

The team did a good job. The employees were fast and friendly. When I had problems they helped me quickly and with a good attitude. And Target pays a living wage. (voting with my money)

Called regarding a giftcard issue, the West 11th target was no help at all just brushed off the issue, called the Springfield one and they helped so much, providing solutions and phone numbers to help. Very pleased with their customer solutions!

I want to thank Target for having Caroline’s cart available. I was able to use it for my mother with Alzheimer’s today when I had to visit the store to purchase antibiotics for her at the pharmacy. This was a Godsend! She has had a lot of pain lately and it was going to be a long walk for her to the pharmacy. I spotted the cart right at the right time. What a relief it was just to push her in the cart through the store. I am very grateful! Thank you so much!

Sat. July 10, 2021, the Gateway store in Springfield OR. I just left Bestbuy and was frustrated with their lack of customer service, so I went to Target. They didn't have the product that I wanted, but that was ok.The customer service I received in the tech department was outstanding. I had to purchase the boom box stereo I was looking at in order to hear the sound quality which the associate helped me with, then also in returns, since I returned it before leaving. The product isn't the big deal it was all about the customer service. KUDOS to this team. My receipt doesn't have a name or anything to specify name these young people. Awesome job and thank you.

Great selections & brands at a good price, often has deals on stuff you are already shopping for. The app makes it easy to track past shopping, in-store & online, has shopping list you can make & many other helpful features. I like the brands A New Day, All In Motion & Cat & Jack.

The drive up experience at this store is awesome. Employees inside the store are always friendly. The store is clean and well organized. I stop here very frequently
