Richie helped me pick out a printer and he was awesome! He listened to what I needed explained a few different options and suggested what he thought would not only work best for me but also save me money in the long run as well. Very happy with the purchase and expertise he provided!

Best Buy has really upped their game the past couple years! We had the nicest cashier who was really helpful, funny and engaging. His name was Shea. They have a great selection including small appliances. We got some Bose headphones that Costco was out of.

Bought PC parts with price match. The staff was very punctual and helpful, only feedback I have is I would have appreciated more assistance and input into my PC building process as it's my first on my own and first time in 12 years so even after doing lots of research, I wasn't super confident.

Also, they don't offer a best but warranty on PC parts like they do other items like peripherals.

Probably the best place to get electronics in the Eugene Springfield area. I always like to order online and then pick up at the store. They have curbside pickup available which is usually quick and their staff is very friendly.

Bought Sonos surround sound speakers and everyone was super helpful very Knowledgeable.

It's best buy. Good prices less friendly delivery. I refuse to have tvs shipped to me after three bad experiences. Best buy is great for their free delivery.... If you can get a driver that actually likes the company and wants to be there 🙄😬

Be careful returning orders and make sure they actually get you your refund to your card ASAP. I returned a $300 VR headset back in May or June and they somehow managed to refund it to someone else's card. So that's fun. I've been trying to contact support and get my money ever since. No luck. And the store themselves will not answer the phone, they redirect to the general customer service and then customer service just tells you to call the store. Lots of fun! ❤❤❤

Went in looking for a Desktop.
Richie helped me out and got me the best pricing available and was also very knowledgeable on the product and helped me with all of the questions that I had. He was also very friendly and patient.
10/10 Customer service on his part.

Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable in pc building. He answered all of my questions and made sure I got the best deal possible. Also, Richie helped me a few months ago with SSD and RAM. He was also great and helped me to understand specifics of what I needed. I'm not seeing anywhere on the BestBuy website where I can leave an employee review so hopefully this is seen.

The Geek Squad is always very helpful and courteous. Rudy & Than on the counter are super helpful.
Garret, Bobby, Jordan are great at trouble shooting your problems. I travel 2 hrs. each way to get to BB, and am pleased that the long round trip accomplishes my problems :-)

Danielle (manager) and Nick were huge help with a complicated Instacart return I was handling for my mom. The process took a bit and bled into closed hours but they were awesome, super helpful and resourceful and even talked with me to Instacart’s customer service. Takeaway: Don’t buy electronics on Instacart! Thank you guys again!

Cool place. The staff were extremely helpful and pleased to assist. I was not aware of a queue; yet, the gentleman helped me anyway. There was no skipping involved as the queue was empty; however, he still assisted me. Awesome!

There's smoke salmon and their clam chowder is superb. It is a must try in Florence Oregon their clam chowder is better than Moe's or any other place.
There's smoke salmon on a mini bagel with cream cheese .

The last standing big electronics store around. They have a good selection of everything and okay prices. If you shop deals and price match you can do well here.

It’s a bit busy around Black Friday and Christmas time, half the store turns into a TV warehouse!

I appreciate the great customer service at this store! I was helped by Richie who navigated me expertly to an excellent product that was just right for my needs.

My husband's xfinity phone quit working, but was under warranty, so they sent him a new one. Xfiniity couldn't help us getting the phone started, but sent us to Best Buy. Thank God!
They fixed it in less than 15 minutes!

Tastefully understaffed. Long wait big payoff. The gentleman helping me had a great sense of humor about having to sell me on advertising emails. The register computer also told him to give me a $50 gift card. He didn’t know why and encouraged me to not ask question.

Went to Best Buy for an Electric Scooter 🛴 & had to go to the bank & get money out of my savings account.. I returned & bought a pretty good scooter for the money which had about a $250 off sale price!!!!!
