Michaels

This was the first time I tried the grab & go. Website worked perfectly, when I got to the store two very nice ladies explained the process and helped me find my order. I was very happy with the process. I'm a little concerned that the orders were not bagged. You're counting on the honesty of customers. I'd love to think we are all honest, but I know that probably isn't so. I will use the system again for basic supplies.

Just like all the Michaels across this vast land of ours. Arts, crafts, wood working, painting, expressing an idea, an ideal, A moving picture of love. A Jacobs Ladder of potential. Art Moderne. Canning. Baking. Sculpting. Modeling. Holiday and Seasonal seasonings. There are reasons and readings children, teenagers, mother's, father's, brothers, sisters, cousins, neighbors all flock to Michaels. The people who work here are nice.

A go to for crafting. Always some good sales and/or a good coupon to use to save some bucks. Helpful staff and a great selection of crafts. Even just going in to browse can get the creative juices flowing.

I went into Michaels for the first time and came out with more then I expected. I love Halloween and I went in there for Decorations they had so much to choose from.

I've never seen self check out at Micheals before! Also, this store had a wider selection of items compared to other locations. Very cool!

A few of the items I was buying were on sale, the store was clean, and at the register the cashier helped me with another coupon that saved me more money. That's a win!!

You don't have to wait in line. Self-serve registers are there do your transaction.

I love Michael's. They have so many products to choose from. I could spend hours in this store and tons of money. I love the fact that I can order a lot of their products online and pick up the order for no charge in the store. Plus they have a rewards program where you can earn points towards a reward Gift Certificate for Michael's to be used either online or in the store.

Very lovely staff. I came in for a pick up puri made online. In the process I lost my bus pass. I was at the bus stop panicked but I got a call from Michael's saying I dropped it in the store. I appreciate that they understood it was my transportation and made the call promptly. Besides your prices, that's why I keep coming back! Kudos!

I went in for one thing, I was shown and helped and on my way in minutes. Nice shopping.

This store Is huge. There are all sorts of eccentric but recognizable projects and materials to choose from. Set aside some time if it's your first visit in order to familiarize yourself with the layout. Not the easiest store to rush through. Plus it's worth it to not rush through it. Thank you for having helpful and knowledgeable employees, ready and Willing to answer questions quickly, politely and appropriately.

Always a good experience. They have a great inventory with fast and friendly service.

Second best only to Hobby Lobby still pretty neat store.

Nice store. They had what i needed.
The store was very clean and very organized. And the ladys that helped me are very sweet and helpfull. This is a great location to pick up stuff for your crafting needs. Definitely we'll be back soon.

My wife loves the store...

First time in years going into Michael's. Wasn't able to find what I was looking for on my own. I located Tara who was amazing. She walked me and my kids to the items I was looking for. She did it with patience and a smile. I ended up bugging her a few more times for different items during my visit, and she happily walked me to the item. She was awesome !!!
