Marshall helped me out today and what I can say is there’s not a lot of people that bring the type of energy into a work environment like Marshall does. It’s a cloudy and rainy Monday and Marshall helped pick out wipers for me and also installed them. I tried to give him a tip for not only helping but just being a positive individual that I can appreciate and he said that he isn’t allowed to. That’s the only thing that I would change!

If anyone is looking for a top-notch sales person, Bryce S. at AutoZone is your number one pick! I’ve been in the field of business for over 20 years and no one has gotten my information, but Bryce. He is very pleasant and he knows his stuff.

Went there to get a replacement for my headlight bulb, I got a twin pack and was helped right away.

Really appreciate the help this store provides. Installing headlights, wipers, batteries, etc. - I have not been disappointed and have been coming to this store for quite a while. Also, they provide great service with battery testing and check engine light.

Update 3/18/24:Needed a new battery today. In and out in 15 mins. Chris was a rock-star.

It’s an AutoZone. Nothing fancy. However, the employee that helped us was great! He even helped us do research, came out to our car even, to ensure that we were buying the correct part, to ensure that we didn’t waste our money. He was friendly and capable!

I understand there are numerous auto parts stores in most areas. I'm a fan of my local AutoZone because they almost always have the parts or other vehicle related items I'm looking for such as oil, antifreeze, etc. Beyond the stuff that is available at most parts stores as well as several other places, my local AutoZone has an extremely nice and competent group of people working there. The last stop I made there I asked about an a rebate on item that I had received an email about. They didn't simply say "yeah, you're good" and hope they were correct but pulled up the rebate information and made sure I was informed of exactly what was required - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! If you're looking for a local parts store, give them a try and see how they perform.

This is a great AutoZone and the staff are very helpful. I have experienced awesome customer service from the staff. The other day I noticed a headlight was out and so I stopped by the store to pick up a replacement bulb. When I looked under the hood of my car I saw no way to access the bulbs, I looked in the Owners Manual but it was confusing. I went inside the store to get the bulb and I asked for help and without hesitation I had help. First from one member, then second and finally a new employee joined in and my headlight bulb was replaced! What I haven't told you is that all this was done 15 minutes before closing time! This is only one of the stories I have about the awesome service at the AutoZone on Douglas Ave in Urbandale.

Rick the new Manager helped me find a battery for a custom truck I own. He was very helpful.

Everyone at the store was excellent and very helpful. I know next to nothing about cars and was treated with respect. When Chip saw I was well above my element he asked if he could help. Came out to my car and changed the part in a matter for minutes. It's this kind of above and beyond service that I truly can't thank him enough for.

Retail experiences are made or broken by the employees, and today, when my wife’s car wouldn’t start after she stopped at a gas station on her way out of town, Autozone’s employees came through big time. Since I had run out of the house like a fool to the rescue, I had nothing useful with me, but the gentlemen on the Thursday night shift quickly diagnosed the bad cell in our battery and got it swapped out in no time at all. Now she’s back on her way, and with the confidence of a new battery backing her!

The manager Don Miller was very helpful I couldn’t find the correct rear wiper blade he took the time needed to make sure that HE actually installed himself to ensure my family and I were leaving safe and satisfied. If there was a higher ranking I would leave him a ten out of ten just amazing customer service

Wow! I just experienced the best customer service! our cars headlights were not working properly. Randy not only advised me on what needed done but he fixed it for me! He was pleasant, joyful and just wonderful to work with! I will definitely be back!
