AT&T Store

Came in today to switch to ATT and get new phones. Gabby helped us navigate through all of the options and answered all of questions, we walked out with new phones and a new provider. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and smooth our experience was. Gabby is very knowledgeable and very personable making it, dare I say fun! In my experience, new phone day can be a pain but today has changed my mind. If you haven’t visited this location, you should. The store is well kept with friendly, knowledgeable staff and an overall great atmosphere, highly recommend!

I always call and order new phones however, this time I had to go in the store and I was extremely surprised with how amazing the customer service was at this location. Ivonne was extremely informative and made the experience good.

Shout-out to Gabby! She helped me switch over our phones from another provider yesterday. Very knowledgeable, Great at multitasking, Customer Friendly and overall knows her job! She was able to help us and several others all at the same time and smile! I will be visiting this store when needed.

Rodney was the absolute best! I had smashed my phone and needed a replacement. He was quick to help, found me discounts for my bill without having to ask and was the nicest. He was efficient throughout and had me in/out.

Rick....the store manager, was awesome. He immediately saw me with no wait. He listened to my issue and gave me reasons and solutions for my problem. He updated my software and installed a new Sim card because the one I had was a 4g Sim card. Great customer service and he fixed the problem of my phone being so slow in 5g areas.

Griselda was amazing! She was SO knowledgeable and efficient! She helped me get a plan and phone that I wanted. It was the first time being in a cell phone store for less than an hour and a half! Bravo team, you have a gem with her being a part of it!

My family was truly inconvenienced as we changed carriers and became AT&T customers. I am leaving this post as a result of the exceptional customer service that was extended to my family from Timothy. He is extremely knowledgeable of the policies and products in the store. He helped to resolve all issues we experienced and did so in a way that he retained our business. Thank you and kudos to you Timothy!

I had been to a different AT&T store last week to get a new phone. Since they didn’t have it in stock it had to be shipped. I was having trouble setting it up and activating it on my own at home. So after work I stopped by this AT&T store to see if they could help. Tevon helped me without hesitation and was very polite and professional, even though there was nothing in it for him. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good experience!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Berry. He is so professional but also quite personable. He helped me with the purchase of my new IPhone and accessories. While he was helping me, another customer came in. He greeted her and asked how he could help her, all the while not neglecting me. She had several questions which he answered but she needed more assistance. My new phone was downloading stuff from my old phone so I suggested he take care of her while I waited. (He was the only salesperson in there). He helped her, took care of what she needed and was back to me quickly. He didn’t make her feel rushed or make me feel ignored. He’s a great guy who has all of the people skills that I wish everyone had. If I need help again, I’ll be back to see Michael!

I wanted to upgrade my line from a regular line to a business line, and I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Mike. Mike helped square me away by assisting with changing me over to a business line. He also assisted with keeping me at a price point which was very favorable, compared to what I had been paying. And, he did all this while also assisting multiple other customers, as there were stagnant moments in the interactions with the business line customer representative, whom was assisting us with the switch; he's pretty good at multitasking. The bottom line is that this guy is top notch, and it was a pleasure working with him; keep up the outstanding customer service!

We have used this store twice. We purchased 2 phone the first time with accessories. It was a great experience, the gentleman that helped us was amazing. So we went back to purchase cases and accessories for our other phones. It was other great experience. The representative helped us pick out cases and gave us feedback on the cases that would work best for us with our jobs. He also looked for discounts to help us save on our purchase. This is my go to AT&T store! Great service!

Switching from Verizon to AT&T is an absolute PAIN. But it’s not because of the people at AT&T. Tevon was absolutely amazing! This store was short staffed and he was able to jump from situation to situation with patience and respect for the customers. He endured a whole long process with helping me switch over and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness.

I came into the knightdale store a few days ago, mind you this was my third AT&T store I went to that day. I was hot, tired and frustrated after no associate from the other locations could help me. I wanted to do a simple upgrade and purchased a new phone for my daughter. I was in those stores for hours but with no luck. My last attempt was the Knightdale store and that’s when I came across a young man named Timothy he greeted me as I walked in. He showed me the phones he had available and he seemed very knowledgeable and capable and willing to do his job, by this time I was a little frustrated but 10 minutes of being there I felt relief. I had accomplished more at that Location in that short amount of time then I had at the other stores. Timothy told me about the promotions they had going on and all the deals available and what phone he felt would be best for my 13-year-old daughter and how to properly use the phone. I left there with my new phone and my daughters phone in less than an hour. Timothy‘s customer service was phenomenal and I just wish there was more people in sales and retail like him I will be doing all my business with the knightdale store as long as Timothy is there. If Timothy ever gets to read this I just wanna say thank you so much you made a frustrated father a happy customer at the end of the day And keep up the great job.

When I visited your store in Knightdale, NC with phone issues the store was full and many people were waiting on the two employees who were swamped. Under a great deal of pressure Drew was unbelievably helpful, kind and went above and beyond to help everyone solve their issues. His kindness was the reason I chose to wait that day.

My visit to this place was great! I wait for about 15 minutes which I understand they were attending other clients a guy called Rodney help me out, he was really nice to me. In one word - Great!

My dad had a few questions about his phone and Brandon was so wonderful and helping him he took the time because my dad suffered from a stroke about a year-and-a-half ago so it's kind of hard to understand him when he talks and most people just dismiss him but Brandon took the time to talk with him and made sure he understood everything he said and got his phone the way my dad wanted it and Michael was a big help as well he always treats my dad so good every time my dad goes in there even just to pay his bill he makes my dad feel like he's the only customer and gives him his undivided attention. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would but I have to say Brandon was super nice and treated my dad like a king and that in turn made me feel wonderful. And there was other customers in the store as well and they were treated just as well as I was observing. So thank you guys so much for treating my dad the way you did cuz a lot of people don't take the time to listen to him because of his speech impediment so I thank you so much. And thank you for helping him get his phone in working order. I would definitely recommend this store for phone service and for products as well. Job well done!

I went in to switch my daughter over to AT&T from sprint. Brian was so professional and know what he was doing at all times he was the only one in the store and he had three or four people to come in and he was working on my stuff what was taken a long time and him and other people but he do a very good job. I was very impressed how well he was moving up under all the pressure and everybody was getting served at all times. I will always come to the knightdale store. Everybody was so nice and pleasant. Even when I asked them to look at my bill they found it That I been overcharging me and they went over beyond trying to look for my bill to get me more discount because I was paying too much.

My husband and I are not very technical. We bought a new 10.2 inch I-Pad from Apple and they said we could get help straight from ATT. We were lucky enough to get a personal appointment with Drew. He was so helpful to us. He showed us everything we needed to know...with patience and a positive attitude. He gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our many questions. Drew is exceptional and we really appreciated his expertise.
