Rack Room Shoes

I stopped in here and bought a pair of shoes last month and within two weeks the sole had started separating from the shoe. I brought them back in and was able to exchange them. Seth the store manager was quick to help me and was very personable. I don't buy shoes often but the customer service was greatly appreciated and I will be a return customer.

My shopping experience started with a female employee who gave the attitude she didn't want to be bothered and we would have left but we decided to try again. We tried another person this time we struck gold, Lance answered all the questions we had and explained it to us that's where the 5 stars came from...

The two employees in store were doing a very good job...the store was very busy...they were pleasant..helpful...I enjoyed the experience.

The staff at this location is extremely nice and helpful. My father purchased 2 pairs of boots at this location rceently, the shoe laces on one pair of these boots didn't hold up well. The staff at this location was very helpful in resolving the issue and replacing the laces so he could continue to use his boots. He was so impressed with their service that he asked me to write this review.

The manager, Lance, went above and beyond to find a particular sneaker my son wanted. His size was out of stock and he called stores and was able to locate the shoe and have it sent to this store where I exchanged one size for another. Me and my son thank you. Superb customer service skills!

Great atmosphere staff friendly great sales on shoes

Seth in the Knightdale store was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about my condition, and helped me pick out the best shoes for heel spur and plantar fasciitis. Thanks for taking your time to help me find the best shoes, you are awesome.

I had no problem finding what I wanted. Assistant Manager assisted me and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Friendly workers assisting everyone. My kinda shoe store.

I wish that I asked her for her name because the customer service was excellent. And the sale that they have two for one you can't beat it

Amazing customer service and a huge selection of shoes. I found exactly what I was looking for after going to several other shoe stores.

I went to rack room and only had 15 mins to shop bought my son and my self some shoes under 15 minutes and spent less than 30 bucks on name brand shoes
