The Home Depot

The staff was very kind in the flooring department. Employee Brad assisted us right away and was very reliable by providing cost information. He was even nice enough to get a lumber cart from the front of the store to place our vinyl flooring on there. We need more hard working people like him! 🙂

An associate, Mr. Christopher Brown helped three other persons while helping me and that translated into more business for Home Depot – I loved his attitude though! Usually, associates don't even talk to others while they help one person, as if that particular person owns him at the time, or, the matter needs their undivided attention. Many times, I had left the stores for lack of help from associates while shopping for specialized items. Mr. Brown was soliciting others while he was helping me but I didn't even mind a bit because he gave me as much help as I needed without any reservations. He provided technical expertise, guiding me to pick the right LVP, and the underlayment I needed, took the materials to the checkout counter and finally loaded them in my car. Obviously, he is doing several persons job single handedly and providing service above and beyond him. He is an asset to his employer.

Just finished renovating our bathroom myself and wanted to give a big shout out to John Ferguson a manager there and really to all of the folks that work there. They helped me so much when I really didn't know what I was doing. Most everything that went in to the project came from their store from the tiling, hardware, vanity, paint, lighting, and tools. So pleased with how it turned out.

This is my go to store for all my projects. If you ever have a question seek out Mr John. He is very kind, knowledgeable and speaks Spanish. Thank you soo much Mr John for you assistance. I damn near gave you a hug after showing me exactly what material I needed and how to use it. God bless you sir

Brianna in the gardening department was really helpful and polite. She was quick and efficient so I was in and out of the store in a timely manner. She definitely went above and beyond and made my morning errands a breeze. Thank you!

I just had to leave this personal review of the Home Depot in Knightdale North Carolina. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Let's start with the Tool Rental Team. T and Shelly are absolutely a pleasure to work with; they provide excellent customer service nothing less than five stars. Alex and Mike were a great compliment to the team when it was time for me to get my refrigerator and load it up. They all provided excellent support. I work with the individual named Teri as well. Bless her heart, she means well. Also a lot of what happened would not have been accomplished in the time frame I needed it if it was not because of the wonderful store manager Stephanie. Even when it came down to me having to drop off the trailer she was more than happy to help. I don't leave comments often especially on stores that I go to quite frequently, but the amount of support and customer service I received yesterday was beyond spectacular. As a result I have switched stores and made the Knightdale store my favorite. A sincere thank you to everyone!!!

I continue to be amazed at this store! I needed a metric pan head screw. The website said they had a 2-pack. Yes, they did have one package! My shop is on the same block as lowe's, and they continue to disappoint. The home depot is cleaner, more organized, accurate, and they even have cashiers there!

As far as knightdale goes this is by far the best of the two big box stores as far as parking, cleanliness, customer service and self checkouts.

Elizabeth and Bejamin went out of their way to help and were so knowledgeable! Highly reccomend this location and kudos to their staff!

Right off 540, this is easy in and easy out. Clean store and helpful staff. I used the tool rental section and they were nice enough to help me load it in my truck with a lift (saved our backs!). The tool rental is new I think because everything there was in great condition.

Every time I've been to this home depot I have received very friendly helpful service. Even online ordering is very Simple and they respond back quickly when your order is ready. I had a online order that was damaged and was able to return it easily. So even with having to return an item I still give this store 5 stores because of how efficiently and friendly they Have been for last several months that I have visited this location.

Fantastic service! I was having a terrible time with the online shades department, but I went to this store and Shelley got me sorted out and redeemed Home Depot for me. I'm going to do my my shopping straight through this brick and mortar and avoid online shades. As an side, avoid Bali vertical blinds. Again, can't thank this store and Shelley enough!

Hi, my name is Jeff and I want to write a review on a nice lady name Lilian in customer service. I bought some Sod on the 1st of May and Mrs Lilian stayed and helped me through the process after it was time for her to get off. I also shop at Lowe’s but have never had such great customer service. Amazing employees! They are so helpful and fast paced. Jovany helped me today and he was very kind. I wasn’t very sure of what I was looking for since I was sent by the person doing maintenance in my house but he was able to find out what it was exactly. Thank you so much! Will definitely be shopping here again!

We couldn't find the flooring because it was discontinued, but HD employees helped us find a close match to finish our job. So excited to finish what we started!!

Today's visit at Home Depot was very good. Found everything we needed and was able to get assistance with no problem. Haven't had that experience every time we've gone but I'll certainly give them credit today they earned it.

Great personnel with knowledge for assistance if required, not over bearing or bothersome if you dont need help. Speedy checkouts made my project easier to complete.

All I can say if you need something for home improvement to plants some Roundup etc home Depot got it for you and the people extra nice beautiful service yeah I love my home Depot yep 😊

This is the best Home Depot I've ever been to and Friday was our first visit. We drove here from Goldsboro just because we didn't want to deal with our local Lowes (awful). After selecting quite a few things for our home improvement projects this Summer, we went to the customer service desk and ran into some issues with gift cards and delivery. This wasn't their fault - it was a software issue on their computer. Shane was awesome. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely willing to help out in a complicated situation. I didn't receive the follow-up I was promised, but that wasn't his responsibility. I called today and he told me that all of my deliveries worked out and everything is fine. Big relief. Thanks Shane! I hope management notices your hard work.
