McDonald's

Great service and great food. I had a large order and had some customized items. Everything came out correctly and drive thru personnel were extremely friendly. The food came quickly, correctly and were hot and delicious.

This is the most professional McDonald’s that I ever went to. I have gone several times just to be sure my experience was not a “by chance “ great experience. Every single time I went the staff was super professional and my food was always hot and fresh. This location has changed my thought of poor service and poor food quality from McDonald’s, but I will probably only go to this one…lol

Good food, fast and accurate service, decent atmosphere. Line was long at the drive thru so went inside and got quick service.

To be fair, 5 stars for a Mcdonalds. I'm not saying it's Ruth Chris' or anything but they deliver a consistent experience. Can't really ask for much more from fast food.

Fast and Friendly service. Food was fresh and hot. Coffee was freshly brewed and delicious

Anastasia was so helpful with what I should have for lunch. I couldn't decide and she was more than happy to suggest her favorite meal. Talk about attentive and good customer service, she’s a great example for it! :)

This is by far one of the more superior McDonalds I’ve been to the staff is friendly, attentive, and fast with taking orders and getting orders out and not to mention it’s very clean.. keep up the good work!

Anastasia in the drive thru window gives phenomenal service down to her smile, friendliness and attitude! Give this girl a raise! She turned my day downside up. Will be visiting this location again and again! Thank you anastasia!

special guy that works there, told me to “move get out of his way” as he was doing something. he’s in everyone’s way when you’re trying to get a drink. he’s very rude. overall y’all needa hire ppl in their heads.

When my husband and I went they were very very busy . I must say it was the most busy McDonald's I think I've ever seen . We figured we would be on line a long time . We were wrong .. I don't know how they did it but I'm assuming awesome communication and team work played a part . We were in and out so quick and the food was hot . For once I got hot fries From a McDonald's!! A nice citizen payed for the car ahead of us and us . What a kind thing to do . If you ever see this , THANK YOU !!!! was a great experience and was easy to find !! Right off a main road . Great job to all the employees 😁

Nice Mickey D’s to take the kids to it has a indoor play section for them to keep them entertained. They have your food ready pretty fast. You won’t be waiting long and it be fresh.

Always look clean neat and organized. The staff is always friendly, especially one of the managers named Devon. Even if once in a while if the order is wrong, which no restaurant get everything right all the time, but whenever that do happens, this location always make sure they correct any mistake with a apology.

Living Raleigh area had to go to Knightdale this morning. I wish the Raleigh McDonald's for like this store.. hands down best McDonald's been to in a while peace

I'd stopped eating at McDonald's a long time ago. The food has gotten so much better. The young lady who receives payments for your order. She was VERY nice. I give her hundred stars ⭐✨✨⭐.

The food was great, and the people were kind and efficient

Food and service was great! Young man at the register gave my daughter a extra set of Pokemon cards because she was so excited. Definitely recommend this restaurant and the new Original Chicken sandwich that I believe is as good if not better than all the others.
