Very well stocked store and nursery... The staff are polite and helpful...

They have better prices on Christmas trees this year than other places. One of the lots is selling a 7 ft tree for $185.00. I get that the price of everything has gone up but that was a bit too steep for me. We went to Lowe’s and found a better tree for &111.00. Definitely check them out fast, they are selling fast.

Same as other Lowe’s they got a clean and well organized store. Great selection of everything I have gone there for. I’ve used their delivery, curbside pickup, and in-store shopping as well. Delivery of my washer and dryer was on time as scheduled and installed quickly. Curbside pickup is super easy and what makes it a five star is that in every instance without fail their customer service is amazing! :)

Being the top screen porch company in the Raleigh area (Pro-Built Construction) and "the one of the most demanding customers" at Lowe's. I need my wood to be the absolute best quality, the hardware and tools to be there and the service to be quick and painless! they do a great job at this location!

They ALWAYS have an amazing selection of products for decorating, that's why I DEFINE prefer Lowe's over The Home Depot.

The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful...and they love working here (you can tell)!!!!

This last visit started out not so good. I couldn't find anyone to help me for a good 20-30 minutes. I heard other people grumbling and wondering where all the employees were. I finally found a guy in the tool section because some older gentleman was giving him hell about Dewalt batteries and being very loud about it. Poor guy! It was definitely not his fault, but that man didn't care and wanted everyone to know. LOL The tool guy was super nice but couldn't help me with my problem because it wasn't his area of expertise. He was completely honest and started looking for someone to help. He found him!! OMG, this guy was absolutely AWESOME!!! He was spectacular! He told me and showed me everything I needed to purchase and why I needed it and how I was going to use it. He then made sure I could use the stuff he recommended. Not only did he exceed my expectations, but he also blew me away! He told me his hours for that day and the next and said call if I had any problems or questions! This amazing guy was so patient and so great at explaining things to me that when I left Lowes, I was ready to fix my broken water line and felt very comfortable doing it. This guy is AWESOME!! I am still amazed at how great he was at explaining and making sure I understood and that I could use the stuff when I got home! LOWES You have a very rare treasure, and I hope you keep him happy and he continues working there for a long, long time!! The wonderful young man's name is Jose! JOSE YOU ROCK!!! I did like you said and had no problems. THANK YOU, JOSE!! You are terrific!!

Bought a washer and dryer set here at the Knightdale location after having a horrible experience at the Home Depot in Cary. The sales associate was friendly and helpful and I purchased exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back here.

Mr. Brent is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your trip a success. I would have applied for a Lowe’s card with him if my credit was in better shape, lol. Also, the ladies running the paint section were so helpful and patient. Explaining to us what would look best and how to get the most for our money. We always enjoy our trip and the conversations we have with the folks we run into- employees and other shoppers alike.

I needed topsoil and mulch due to heavy downpours in my backyard making it oversaturated with water. I had difficulty in finding a flatbed cart to purchase my merchandise. Then an employee directed me to the aisle where 2 were located. All I had to do was ask! Thank you!

Love Lowe’s in Knightdale, the people are friendly and some actually try to help you locate your items.

I was just pass through town . Always can use some thing from Lowe’s so I stopped door was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shelves were stocked happy I stopped to pick up a few things.

After getting no response with one of the corporate numbers (was on hold for over an hour before I gave up), no help from the Capital Blvd or Wake Forest, I finally got help from the Knightdale location. The gentleman I spoke with, I think it was Kevin, provided excellent customer service, and immediately resolved my issue.

Love taking my puppy here! So pet friendly! He always makes a friend or two! And the staff is very helpful in finding whatever it is that I need.

Love coming here! Much better than Home Depot. Went to get some paint today but didn’t end up liking it. Thankfully Angie was very patient as we tried mixing a bunch of different blues. I felt like a pain but she was very kind and generous!

Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived, I went to the Lowes app to alert the store I was here. They brought me my purchase. It was easy, fast, and efficient!

Lowes is Lowes. I must commend the young man gathering the carts in the parking lot. I lost a leg in an accident. I know walk with a walker. He stopped what he was doing to open the exit door so that I did not have to walk 50 more yards to the entrance door. After I checked out he saw me and asked if I needed help loading my purchases in my car. THANK YOU YOUNG MAN!

There are lots of things tools parts everything!!! Love it!!!
