I haven't been in this store in years but they did not disappoint. I really wish their dressing rooms were open.

Staff was nice but not enough cashiers open 1 cant do it on weekend line was so long

Great store! Great customer service

I will give 2 stars because the older lady did welcome me to the store. However, the younger female worker says “ security check” as soon as I walk by her!! Is this a normal thing you do when all of your customers come in??!? So I am thinking did I stand out for some reason?? Did I misinterpret what was being said? I did browse around a little bit. But that made me uncomfortable so I left!

The Knightdale location has the rudest employees one in particular with plated hair (whatever that was) and glasses. Need to go to a customer service class. What type of manager roles their eyes, shrugs their shoulders like they don’t care and look at their employees sideways when they are trying to help. I left my items at the counter and walked out will not ever go back in Knightdale NC and don’t know how some people are still there looking at previous reviews that all say the same

Manager with dreads Althena was very rude honestly I can’t even understand how she’s a manager with all the negative reviews I have seen about her . She makes the brand and the business look bad if you have an attitude over questions then maybe you should find another job.

This specific location has been the worst. I drive an extra 30 mins just to go to another location thats further away from my home. The manager (older woman with dreads) provides horrible customer service. She never says thank you, or even a simple hello. Its almost as if you're disturbing her by wanting to purchase anything from the store. I will say Tasha has been the most friendliest and she was also willing to help me. I will never be returning back to this location.

I visited the rainbows in Knightdale NC, the older black women with short locs was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was speaking to her colleague in a belittling tone in the present of consumers which is unacceptable either way. I was exchanging a burgundy coat that was too small , but she said she was unable to accept it because it has marks on it. I understood simply because it was in the back seat of my car where my younger daughter sits and she could have touched it stepped on it etc… so fine I’ll give it away. My eldest daughter also bought a key chain there a week ago and one of the employees did not remove the security tag I asked her to remove it, she said she didn’t kno if it was bought or not . First and foremost we work hard for everything we own an to be accused of taking a key chain is an insult. I understand protocol but this women was simply behaving terribly because she hates her job and did not want to be there, but that’s no excuse for her tone, demeanor, presentation or the way she treats other employees. She eventually did remove the security tag, but I will never shop with this location again due to this experience.

Rude employees. Rainbows needs to train their employees on customer service. Their employees think it’s appropriate to yell at their customers and they’re toddlers in front of others instead of talking to them like an actual human being. I had to leave from the embarrassment. Will never go back here.

Went there today to grab a skirt. Went to check out and it was a woman at the register. She walks behind me and started yelling for Ms. Loretta. Comes back to the register and I still don't get acknowledged. I put the skirt down and walked out the door trouble customers service. You don't see me right in front of you trying to purchase something. I'm lost af

I have been living in Knightdale for almost 20 years.
Im not exactly sure how long this store has been in Knightdale.
Maybe a few years
But long story short.
I have visited other locations but this was my first visit to this location.
And this will be my last visit.
There was an associate in the store she was extremely rude. And when I brought it to whom I assume was the manager's attention.
She tried to justify why she behaved in that manner.
So make your choice .
Anyone who enters this store enter at your own risk.
But I will not be returning.
