This store has everything thing I need when I get it in my head to be creative. I especially love the end of season sales at Michaels 🤪🤪🤪

I just got off the phone with my daughter (8 years old) who is spending a few days with my parents. She was so excited to tell me that they just went to Michaels.
While they were checking out, she told the store employee that Michaels was her FAVORITE place. The store employee alerted the manager over the walkie-talkie then had my daughter convey her message directly.
Long story short: the staff are Amazing and we now have a stuffed unicorn named Michael.

Want to thank the lady that was working Sunday August 27th for all her experience helping me find the right paint for my little Charlie status the colors was great .

Michaels is always great you find what ever you need for art or any hobby

Stopped in to grab some jars, left with alot more. I love their seasonal section. My only real complaint is that they need more people on register. There was only one person up there trying to wait on a line over 7 people. She paged for help but it took 10 minutes for someone else to come up and even then, it was only one person.

What was intended as a quick stop for a few things to repair some jewelry turned into a two hour experience. (Haven't been to a Michaels Store in years) Clean and organized store. Many changes to the layout and the products carried. Some interesting new hobbies for exploration. Happy to see a more extensive selection of needle craft supplies. Loved the "new" giant yarns.

Good place to come to shop for art and craft supplies. The selection was good, and the store was much better organized than I remembered. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were checking out. Will definitely be back.

They always have great home decor, sometimes the prices can be kind of tricky. Original prices are usually very high but it's not difficult to stock up on sales or coupons at all! Seasonal items are usually marked down 50% four to six weeks before the holiday

The managerhelped me find the perfectframe and framed my piece in the frame for. Very good experience

The cashiers are really friendly and they scan their own coupons for me anytime they can so that I don’t have to pull them up on my phone. I love buying yarn here.

Awesome manager! I bought a can of spray paint for models and it happened to be a clearance item. Well when my husband went to use it, it wouldnt work. So we took it back to see if we could exchange it. The cashier told us no because it was a clearance item. She called the manager Michael up front and he was super helpful and very nice. He definitely made us happy! We will be back!

A young woman was so kind to help me last night right before store closing... I needed one item and she allowed me to get what I was looking for even though the store locked its doors already (at about 8:55pm)... I really appreciated her kindness because she did not have to let me in- but she did. Thank you so much- you know who you are... It's people like you who restore my faith in humanity. ✨

Great store. Have and will shop there frequently. This store continually fascinates me with their products and prices. If I could they would get 10 stars.

I hate that I love this store so much because it takes up my whole paycheck. This place is awesome and I never leave empty-handed. They have a huge selection of do-it-yourself decorations and always like getting their craft kits for kids
