2006 Corolla - remote start compustar 4905s kit installed. Gabe and his team did a really clean install, everything worked well and even went over all the features. Came in for a router and modem last week. Sales associate was attentive and tried to make his best guess on what to get. He wasn’t extremely knowledgeable in the area but gave great effort and good customer service. Prefer this store over the Garner store with it being smaller.

Everyone was so helpful. From picking the best washer to purchase and delivery. Best Buy Knightdale is a cut above other locations. From management to the staff, they really put the customer first.

Customer service was at its finest, we got all our questions answered as well as helping with pointing us in the right direction on choosing a TV that best suits the family. The family loves the new Samsung 4k Qled TV, perfect fit for the livingroom.

Oscar did an excellent job helping me find what I needed. He was kind and didn't push anything. He even helped me look on Amazon to see if I could find a better price. However, Best Buy actually had a more competitive deal, so I bought from them. He was able to order what I needed and overall made it a positive experience.

This is the best Best Buy store I've visited in the Raleigh area.

Not only did they have stock on all the smart home items I was interested in, they were on top of my online order to get it ready for pickup first thing in the morning and were super nice/helpful when I visited the store later in the day.

This was especially pronounced after I had visited multiple locations earlier in the day to pick up other items from other online and store pickup orders due to limited stock at other locations.

I also had a price match request that a chat associate refused for my online store pickup purchase but was able to provide documentation in person to this store's management and they took care of it with no problems.

Experiences like this will definitely remind me to always consider giving Best Buy my business prior to just blindly purchasing from Amazon and having it delivered.

There's just something about being able to visit a brick-and-mortar store to smell the shrink wrap, 'shop with your hands' to read and compare specs, check out packaging and display models, have a conversation with an associate if needed (no pushy salespeople here), and get the immediate gratification of being able to walk out with the exact item you needed in hand and without having to wait for it to be delivered.

Other Triangle Best Buy stores take note - Knightdale is doing it right.

Went in today to purchase a new TV. Was greeted immediately after entering. After looking at the tvs for a few minutes I was assisted by Tony who helped me navigate all the options and choose the best option for me.

I had four old laptops sitting in my closet in the office. I removed the hard drives and took the laptops in to get them recycled. I walked up to the geek squad desk and he says yeah no problem. Just set them right here. Then I walked out. It was that easy

Very kind people here, Best Buy Corporate - pay attention, you need to hire more people and pay them more. Recently there were over 8+ people in line to do some returns/exchange/etc- and the wait was WAYYYYY too long but I am leaving a 5 star anyway because the people here are awesome!

Probably one of the most helpful and friendly Best Buy locations I've been to. Staff and management are knowledgeable about the wide variety of products and are very willing to take some time and help find a best solution to most technological problems.

The Total Tech plan is the bomb! I had never broken a cell phone till two months ago. I've had a handheld cell since my very first Motorola flip phone in 1992. My wife convinced me. I be grudgingly to add the cell phone coverage to our total tech plan. Am I ever so happy we did! The first of September I accidentally dropped it on a gravel driveway and it was promptly run over by a car and totally destroyed. Saturday night I trip walking up some steps had my phone in my hand and it crushed the screen when I fell. Both times Best buy has promptly without any problem replaced two phones within 2 months! I'm a big believer now.
